This bachelor work deals with questions of partial unemployment, which is nowadays getting more common in a lot of companies. It deals with the process of job orders decrease at the employer, solution possibilities and duties related to this. Furthermore, it contains suggestions to solving the situation of employee redundance when there is an excessive decrease of job orders at a specific employer, who experiences limited demand for the services he provides (so-called partial unemployment).

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of employment termination. It presents a proposal of an employees’ contract termination solution designed for an employer who is relocating one of their production programs to another country, as decided by their top management. The aim is to make use of all legal methods of employment termination, to minimize related costs, and to make the effort to support the employees whose employment has been terminated.

In the presented bachelor thesis, I analyse termination of employment. The main aim is to disclose the most common problems and drawbacks, which are commited by the chosen company in the area of the termination of the employment and find the optimal solution how to prevent such problems.
