Evaluation of semiconductor IR light source for photoacustic gas sensor
V praktickej časti bude vysvetlená metodika hodnotenia IR zdroja svetla a budú prezentované výsledky.
Creating a programmable LED glow staff
Majer, Julián ; Chladil, Ladislav (referee) ; Bayer, Robert (advisor)
The thesis offers a solution on the topic of a programmable LED staff suitable for various uses. The device was primarily designed for the purpose of light shows. The thesis describes the selection of appropriate components and materials, then addresses the construction issues of a portable device and PCB design. The device's features allow battery operation and the rendering of more complex effects thanks to the use of an accelerometer. Part of the thesis included the design of software used for testing the device.
Creating a programmable LED glow staff
Majer, Julián ; Čudek, Pavel (referee) ; Bayer, Robert (advisor)
The thesis offers a solution to the topic of a programmable LED staff suitable for multiple uses. The device was designed primarily for the purpose of a light show, juggling. In the first part, thesis describes the selection of suitable parts and material and solves the issue of device construction as well. The final version of the device should be sufficiently resistant to mechanical stress in the form of impacts and falls that could potentially arise in practice.
RGB LED power supply design for aircraft position light system
Potoček, Lukáš ; Dyčka,, Pavel (referee) ; Leuchter, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a DC steady-current power supply for position and anti-collision lights of utility aircraft with 28 DC system. Main objective is design of an alternative, which combines 2 items into one, thanks to an option of changing colours of position lights. The work further discusses the requirements in terms of aviation standards and their consideration in the selection of components.
Preparation and characterization of optically active nanorods
Gaizura, Filip ; Liška, Petr (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This work focuses on the qualitative study of the preparation and optical characterization of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanorods. The first part contains a brief description of 3D, 2D and 0D perovskite nanostructures, and then focuses on the description of the 1D structure - perovskite nanorods, their possible crystal structures, stability, possible preparation methods, optical properties and use in various optoelectronic devices. The practical part discusses in detail the preparation of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanorods using colloidal synthesis based on ligand-assisted reprecipitation and chemical division at room temperature. Furthermore, the synthesized nanorods are analyzed for morphology and their absorption and photoluminescence spectra are measured with the aim of verifying the dependence of optical properties on the mentioned morphology.
Multiple output power supply for LED modules of automotive rearlight
Feilhauer, Jaromír ; Tomíček, Pavel (referee) ; Junasová, Veronika (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to design multiple output power supply of LED modules of automotive rear light. The thesis deals with introduction to design of automotive device and theory of switching regulators. Furthermore, the work focuses on input-output circuits, phenomena on the vehicle's power and data buses, and an introduction to the automotive software architecture standard. The thesis continues with a description of each device block according to the specified and selected parameters, the design of the device software and the measurement of the basic parameters of individual parts of the device with connected load modules.
Switching of modern LED light sources
Dobrovolný, Jakub ; Fencl, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Lukáš (advisor)
The protection of the electrical device is provided to prevent the electric shocks, protect the equipment and prevent a damage caused by electrical faults. The current protection for a small fault currents need not always have an effect. At the serious faults the current protections never work. The new type of device to protect against damage caused by electrical failure is an arc protection. The arc protection switches off safely all types of fault arc in different sizes. This work verifies its correct functionality in the case of electric circuit with deceptive signals from LED light sources. The output of the work is the measurement of the switching current of the LED light sources. The work is remarkable thanks the number of measurement for individual angles of switching on which have statistical meaning.
