Design of DC motor for teaching
Hajdú, Zsolt ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Design of DC motor for teaching. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to create an electric motor that uses direct current, commutator brushes, and permanent magnets to generate torque. Another goal of this bachelor thesis was to achieve 50W of power at 100rad/s. We also set a secondary goal to achieve 50% efficiency across the entire speed range. To create the theoretical model, we used Fleming's right-hand rule. Using this principle and based on calculations, we constructed the motor. The main power source was a car battery. After constructing the motor, we measured its parameters and compared the obtained values with the theoretical ones.
Design of a measuring steering wheel
Papp, Tomáš ; Čavoj, Ondřej (referee) ; Vančura, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes construction design of a measuring steering wheel. This mechanism replaces the original steering wheel in the tested vehicle. Connection is made via steering shaft through an adapter. Measured parameters are steering torque and angular position of steering while driving. Measurements obtained during test-ride show some of the dynamic aspects of the tested vehicle.
Possibilities of load torque measuring at electric machine
Belica, Andrej ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the possibility of measuring the torque in elecrical machines. Describes the principle of operation of individual sensors and includes a listing of the most famous manufacturers of the devices. The producer strain and torque shaft flange, a simple overview focuses on accuracy, congestion and measurement range torque. In conclusion, this work is carried out to examine the possibility of measuring the torque measurement by measuring selected using a calibrated instrument.
