Voice Controlled Calculator
Pavelek, Ota ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Grézl, František (advisor)
This thesis describes implementation of calculator, which can be controlled by both voice and normal way. Speech recognizing is realized with BSCORE library and has recognition network restricted to words needed by calculator. When the recognition is done, recognized sentence is transformed to expression and shown to user, so it can be corrected (especially in case of erroneous recognition). Expression is evaluated on user's request. The purpose of voice control is to make usage of calculator more effective and accesible for handicapped users.
Application for Calculation, Modeling and Analysis of Financial Ratios of the Company
Resler, Tomáš ; Šperlichová, Adéla (referee) ; Chvátalová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes development of the program for calculation, graphical depiction and analysis of ratiometric indices of a company. The program is written in Python programming language and it utilizes the graphical development environment Kivi. Selected ratiometric indicators including their meanings are presented in the theoretical part. The newly developed program is subsequently applied to data of the company OMEGA tech s.r.o.
Graphdrawer and Mathemathic Equation Evaluator of Expressions
Skalický, Ivo ; Rychnovský, Lukáš (referee) ; Lukáš, Roman (advisor)
This work deals with utilization of precedence syntax analysis for conversion of mathematical expression into dynamic object model in order of evaluate and go on processing expressions. Objective was to create a program, which connects function of scientific calculator and graph drawer. Program can evaluate mathematical expressions in scope of real numbers, calculate fractional expressions, numerically integrate and analytically derive in accordance with a given parameter. Besides it provides function for depiction of any given curve explicitly, implicitly or parametricly into 2D graph. Graphic output can be exported in selectable resolution into several basic raster and vector formats. On account of portability Java was chosen as a language of implementation.

At the end thesis represents a model calculation of the expected cash income at retirement age from three columns of the pension system based on specified parameters adaptable to a wide range of subjects which can be calculated for each pillar in particular. Thesis concludes that participation in second column of pension system is advantageous for those, who have salary above average or for people, who have restricted access to save on retirement.
Using Caluculator on Interaktive Whiteboard in Mathematics Currcula at Primary School
HÖLZLOVÁ, Lenka
The thesis deals with the use of calculators as a teaching aid in mathematics education in primary school, and its contribution to the development of mental arithmetic and construction of numerical concepts. The thesis is a collection of activities designed for an application of the calculator on interactive whiteboard. It contains an interesting task to explore the world of numbers and arithmetic operations. The collection is designed for teachers who want to diversify the mathematics education for students.
