Analysis of sports form of elite judo athletes

Title: Analysis of sports form of elite judo athletes Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is testing purposely selected group of elite judo athletes using a battery of tests, which is intended for seinor men's category and find out whether the of performance tests on results of the world competitions. The next aim is describe a judo training of elite judo athletes. Methods: The thesis has an empirical and theoretical-character, which have been used in date collection methods, examining available information from judo training, analysis of professional literature in the field of general sports training and also the experience of many years of competitive practise of the author. The statistical evaluation was used T-test for paired values dependent selection and Spearmen correlation coefficient. Results: The results of this thesis point out that probands who show a high performance in testing are not more successful at world competitons than probands with lower performance in testing. High performance in testing has no effect on success in world competition. Resulting different values of most selected of probands with distinguished from each test in the range of 0.1 - 0.2 diameter marks. Keywords: judo, training, sports form, testing, judo athletes
Dependence of somatotype and fitness condition in martial arts

Title: Dependence of somatotype and fitness condition in martial arts. Thesis aim: Main aim of this thesis is to find out mutual dependence among tracked variables - placed in ranking list and UNIFITTEST (6-60). Methods: For theoretical part of thesis the author used method of analysis and synthesis of specialized literary sources. In practical part the main method used was regression analysis. Method according to Heath-Carter was used to assessment somatotype. Towards evaluation of kinetic performance and efficiency was used UNIFITTEST (6-60). Results: Results from research show us that during the research of mutual dependencies it hasn't proved any link between tracked variables and place in ranking list UNIFITTEST (6-60). Considering measured values judo athletes are in category endomorphic mesomorphic and karate athletes are in category well-balanced mesomorphic.  Comparsion of the blood lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads and to identify potential relationships with other entering variabilities. Methods: The chosen method was empirical, ie collecting data from its own research and statistical representation of the data and linked to the context with other studies. Results: It was found that lactate levels during competition load increases dramatically over training load and pulse rate has no statistical significance as an indicator of the accumulation of lactate. Title: General and special physical training in judo. Goals: The primary aim oft his thesis is to build an optimal monthly midcycle of first preparatory period fitness training for judo section SKPŠ judo Prague. The secondary objektive is the description of scientific literature on the topic of development of general and special fitness training in judo, description, analysis and comparison of training plans - monthly midcycles of preparatory period club USK Prague and SKPŠ judo Prague. Methods: The work used the method of unstructured interview, analysis of available literature, comparison and analogy midcycles of the clubs, modeling optimal training plan for the club. Results: The results afer primarily to the insufficient number of training units SKPŠ judo club in Prague and the consequent under development general and special fitness training. Another fading is that the structure of the development of special physical training of both clubs is the same. Title: Coach's educational approach to young athletes in judo Objective: The purpose of this thesis is to find out the approach, as well as the attitude of coaches working with young athletes in terms of motivation and education. Methods: Questionnaire survey, qualitative research Results: The results show that there exist different levels of coaches' educational approaches. In terms of motivation and training planning and preparation, the data are not that positive as most of the coaches adopt the authoritative approach, which decreases internal motivation and self-esteem. The absence of written plans frequently leads to improvisation and one-sided training. In terms of personal development and family relationships, the findings are positive. Title: The difference in planning a training session in selected categories of judo Goal: The main objective is the comparison and analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey given by trainers in different approaches when planning and creating an annual training plan. This is followed by drawing up training units in each period in different ages. Methods: We are using a questionnaire survey, qualitative research, analysis of the specialized literature in the field of general sports training. The respondents of questionnaires are younger pupils to adolescents. Results: The findings of this study have shown us, the importance of preparing the annual training plan, as well as written preparation in form of individual notes. This helps to use the training time more effectively to prepare for important tournaments and maintain the highest performance throughout the year. Keywords: judo, training, annual training plan

Title: The most common types of injuries in judo Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the most common injuries that occur during training and judo competitions. Identify treatment options, prevention and identify most common causes of injury. Methods: The chosen method was theoretical and empirical, ie collecting data and information from other publications and conduct its own research. Selecting what is relevant for judo injuries and comparsion whith author's experience and research. Results: It was found that the most common type of injury in judo is bleeding, which is among the least serious. The most common type of injury that is concluded as very serious, ie interrupted carrer for at least 6 months, is rupture the front cruciate ligaments in the knee. Profile of judo competitors qualified for the Olympic Games 2012

Title: Profile of judo competitors qualified for the Olympic Games 2012 Objectives: The aim of this work was to create a profile of Czech judo athletes who were qualified for the Olympic Games in London 2012 - to document their four-year Olympic qualification and Compaq each other. Methods: As method for collection of data was used a guided interview and analysis of training plans and records of four years long Olympic qualification. Then, by comparison, I compared the success and growth of condition in each year for each athlete in Olympic qualifying in 2009 and 2012. Results: I found that in the tracked years best results showed Lukas Krpálek, who also scored best in the world ranking list and reached best place at the Olympic games in London. While watching the rise of condition I found that the increase throughout the qualification had only Lukas Krpálek. Keywords: Judo, Olympic games, olympic qualification, annual training plan.

Name: Characteristics and Development of Combat Sport Sambo Objective of the work: Characterize sambo and its development in the world and the Czech Republic, to point out the differences between sambo and judo. Acquaint the public with this sport, so they gain knowledge of the rules, literature, history, personalities and organizations. Methods: The method of collecting information was studying literature, interviews and personal communication trainers and representatives of the Czech sambo federation, also Slovakian and Russian sambo representatives. Results: In the course of writing this thesis, we have learned more about the situation of sambo in our country and in the world of literature, sambo organizations and the differences between different types of sambo and judo. Bachelor thesis title: Somatotype comparision of muaythai and judo athletes Objective: The main objective of this work is to compare the athletes' somatotype who engage in Thai boxing and judo. Methods: The author used for developing of the theoretical part of this thesis a method of analysis and synthesis of professional literature sources. In the practical part was used primarily the method of comparison. To determine the somatotype was used method by Heath and Carter.
