The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementing regulations for land registry and tracing their relevance to the current cadastre of real estate. The first part will focus on the historical development of mapping the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic and the development of rules for mapping, which took place in our country. The second part describes the relevant provisions of Instruction A and Instuction B that are relevant to current practice. The third part will deal with the comparison of limits specified in the instructions and with current limit deviations used to work in cadastre of real estate.
Developmend of Instructions of Mapping

This thesis describes the development of the regulations, laws or state standards used for mapping. Due to the quantity of information, this thesis is mainly focused on the year 1785 – this year, the Josef II. Emperor’s patent was released, and instructions released and renewed during the years 1824, 1865, 1887 for Stable cadaster. Instructions and their novels and additions from years 1904, 1907, 1914 are also mentioned, among other things, due to their first-time metric scale usage. Significant part is dedicated to the Instructions A and B, mainly for their sophistication and contribution to currently used instructions. The thesis also deals with their contents and measurement accuracy according to these guides. The beginnings of triangulation in our land are also mentioned, including geodetic and cartographic foundations and contemporary practice during the mapping process. In conclusion, the up-to-date digital mapping for current cadaster and its accuracy are discussed.
