The second part will describe the current state in the selected company, based on the analysis will be selected techniques and methods of assistance which will be carried out the implementation of the project.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a project proposal for the development and implementation of an information system in a selected company XYZ. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical study of the problem area and introduction to possible project management techniques and methodologies. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the selected company and, therefore, serves as the basis for the development of the practical part. The third part of the bachelor's thesis, which represents the practical part, deals with the development of the actual project proposal for the implementation of the information system based on the analysis of the company, using the selected project management techniques and methodologies.
