The comparison of production technology and conservation of bulky fodder in selected farm and recommendation for improvement
NOVÁKOVÁ, Vladimíra
The first part of this thesis deals with the history and description of roughages. Here, harvesting methods, processing principles and procedures and storage options are described. Also in this first part, the conservation of hay and haylage material is described. For haylage and hay, both sensory properties and laboratory evaluation according to the 'Standard 2004' (No 244/2000 Coll.), which is the most commonly used in the Czech Republic, are given. The most commonly used and commonly occurring clover and grasses are also characterised. Hay additives or preparations are divided into groups and microorganisms for preservation that are harmful or beneficial for biomass fermentation are included. This section concludes with a discussion of maize and the impact of roughages on livestock production. The second part of the thesis deals with the actual monitoring of the quality of roughages, mainly hay pit, hay bale, hay fence and hay bale. Mostly this part focuses on sensory monitoring of the properties of these feeds and laboratory analysis. It concludes with various recommendations that could improve the quality and economics of roughages.
Porovnání sklízecích řezaček JOHN DEERE 7800 Pro Drive a JOHN DEERE 7300 při sklizni senáže a kukuřice na siláž
ADAMEC, Petr
This thesis introduces processed information and ideas related to the line for crop processing. A review of literature is focused on characteristics of basic forage and forage harvesters. The methodology includes procedures for measurement and comparison between the forage harvesters John Deere 7800 and John Deere 7300. Results of the work carry measured and calculated data which were obtained in year 2015. Harvesters are compared in terms of forage cutting and grain grinding quality, performance and fuel consumption. The work also presents the cost expenses associated with operation of the harvesters.
Evaluation two forage wagons - Pöttinger JUMBO 6600 and KRONE Titan 6/48 GL
BRÝNA, Ondřej
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate two forage wagons - Pöttinger Jumbo 6600 and KRONE Titan 6/48 GL and to show their efficiency in the harvesting fodder and straw in the company of primary agricultural production. It evaluates the problem in terms of actual and theoretical chop length. It determines the basic efficiency and indicators of exploitation of loader wagons during harvest. It discusses the analysis of investment and operating costs. The solution methodology was based on his own observations and measurement, information obtained from owners, specialized literature and agricultural standards.
Ennergtic heftiness of storing haylage and silage into the silage bags
JANOUŠEK, Šimon
My thesis focuses on discovering power heftiness of storing harvested material into the silage bags. The theoretical part heeds the basic needs of the procedure of preservative process during preservation of fodder plants. There is a brief characteristic of most widely used technological procedures of storing harvested material into the storage area, structure of technological units, characteristic of individual means of mechanization for harvest and subsequent storage of solid pasturage. The practical part is focused on measuring of power heftiness of storing haylage and silage into the silage bags. There is also comparison of agricultural limits of power drain to other methods of stored material into the storage area.
Using of process the steam explosion at production of biogas from hay
BRAUN, Petr
Pellets from haylage, respectively hay were extruded in an extruder working with a high temperature according to the utility model CZ 21314 with different parameters. The researched parameters of extrusion with a constant time delay were a pressure extrusion and volatile solids. The highest production of methane (CH4) at a fermentation with the temperature 40 °C was monitored from the haylage with a content of the volatile solids 10,6 - 11 % by extrusion with the pressure 1,37 MPa. The highest production of CH4 at a fermentation with the temperature 50 °C was monitored from the haylage with a content of the volatile solids 13,5 - 16,7 % by extrusion with the pressure 1,37 - 1,66 MPa. A kontent of the volatile solids 11,5 % of haylage and extrusion with the pressure 1,35 ? 1,4 were estimated like optimum parameters for a fermentation with the temperature 40 - 50 °C with the highest production of CH4. For evaluation of the effectiveness of investment was used the metod of net present value (NPV). This method is the most commonly used and in most cases the most appropriate.
Disorders of energetic metabolism of the horned cattle
HORČIČKOVÁ, Michaela
The work was concentrated on the value of an impact for metabolism of two types of nutritive ration with milch cows of Holstein breed in the period of making cow milk on the top of lactation. The nutritive ration based on the grass haylage was compared to the nutritive mixed ration based on the grass haylage and maize silage. The successive energetic parameters glycaemia, cholesterol, triacylglycerols, urae and totally albumens were evaluated in the practised metabolic profile tests. Complementary parameters were enzyme gamma-glutamyl, ketone bodies substances and acid-basic secretion of urine. The work evidenced that the nutritive ration based on the grass haylage did not fill up the determinated requirements from the point of the dry substance and nett energy of lactation. The mentioned lack reflected the reduced content triacylglycerols especially in the rising phase of lactation. The energetic deficit in that period was not such that a reduction of the condition of the milch cows would occure frequently and the creation of ketone bodies substances. The nutritive ration based on the grass haylage is possible to use like an alternative nourishment of high productive milch cows in marginal situations and only for limited time.
Detection and explore the noise stress by running technology lines of haylage.
ŠTANGL, Josef
The tendency of this works was measure and explore noise stress by running lines of haylage. It was plumbed noise applied on service of machines, outside natural scene and human residence. Results were be compared with permitted norms.
