Annotation In the thesis for my bachelor's degree titled "Guarantee Insurance Focused On the Insurance of Recruitment Agencies" I deal with insuring recruitment agencies against bankruptcy. The first part describes a general characteristic of guarantee insurance and specific kinds of this insurance product. The second part is aimed at insuring guarantees against travel agencies' bankruptcy, and this part closely specifies problems of the contract type of obligatory insurance being in use in the Czech insurance market. With its own characteristic it most corresponds to recruitment agencies' insurance. The third part is fully concerned with recruitment agencies, and it involves (1) legislative regulations comprised, especially an analysis of the Amendment to Employment Act 435/2004, (2) reasons for introducing the insurance, (3) an account of insurers providing this sort of insurance, and the main passage focused on an analysis of a specific recruitment agency's premium. In the concluding part the thesis presents an account of intended changes concerning recruitment agencies providing jobs to the Employment Act that should be valid from January 2012 on.
