Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat produkt pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku pracovní agentury, důvody jeho zavedení v roce 2011 a vývoj, kterým produkt za čtyři roky své existence prošel. První část práce je věnována charakteristice pracovních agentur, kterým je v České republice věnováno stále více pozornosti. Zaměřuje se na specifika jejich činnosti oproti ostatním podnikatelským subjektům a vysvětluje podstatu agenturního zaměstnávání a trojúhelníkového pracovního vztahu. Druhá část práce se soustředí na pojistný produkt pojištění záruky. Objasňuje principy jeho fungování a zmiňuje hlavní druhy pojištění záruky, které najdeme na českém pojistném trhu. Odlišuje dobrovolná pojištění záruky a ze zákona povinná pojištění záruky, ke kterým kromě pojištění pracovních agentur řadíme i pojištění pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře fungující v České republice od roku 2000. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the insurance of employment agencies against bankruptcy, reasons for its implementation and its development since 2011. The first part deals with characteristics of employment agencies, which are getting more and more attention in the Czech Republic. It focuses on specific features of its activity compared with other business entities and explains the essence of agency employment. The second part focuses on guarantee insurance. It describes general characteristic of guarantee insurance and specific kinds of this insurance product, which we can find on the Czech insurance market. It distinguishes the voluntary and obligatory guarantee insurance. There are two kinds of obligatory guarantee insurance on the Czech insurance market -- insurance of employment agencies against bankruptcy and insurance of travel agencies against bankruptcy, which exist here since 2000.
