Economy of selected professional football clubs in the Czech Republic

Title: Economy of selected professional football clubs in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze revenues and costs of selected Czech professional football clubs from the 2014/2015 season to the 2020/2021 season and describe the factors that affect individual revenues and costs. Subsequent comparison of total and individual revenues and costs across selected professional football clubs. Methods: In our thesis we used a method document analysis and a method of comparison. The method of document analysis was applied in the analysis of individual professional football clubs. The method of comparison was then used in the comparison of all clubs and their total revenues and costs. As part of the description of individual football clubs, it was necessary to analyze the financial statements, annual or financial reports of relevance. Results: Revenues and costs increase almost every year, and at the same time the structure of total revenues and costs between individual clubs is very similar in terms of percentage. For Czech clubs, the most important are commercial revenues, which bring the largest part of the budget. It was also found out how big is the difference between the first league and the second highest league in terms of revenues and costs. And what clubs...
Recent problems of working law in practise at schools, which are provided by city concils in Czech Republic in fokus on realization of business trips.

This work deals with issues of business trips in primary schools that are provided by municipality in relation to the law No. 365/2011 Sb., that changes law No. 262/2006 Sb., Labour code, as amended and other related laws valid since January 1st 2012 that says empoyees cannot give up on their rights in advance. Based on assumption that travel expenses that must have been paid to employees in full are huge burden on school budgets. All the travelling with pupils becomes very expensive. According to connection between theory and practical use, all activities cannot be provided only at school and it's necessary that teachers travel with children to learn away from school. This work summaries the rules for reimbursement of travel expenses and reflects the views of headmasters at issues of business trips in primary schools. Ecological influences during the construction of a family house

The diploma thesis focuses on the ecological influences in the construction of a family house. The subject is to compare the properties of alternative building materials, determine the cost of building a house and design the optimal way of financing housing for a fictional married couple. Explains basic concepts, namely ecological aspects in construction, project management of buildings, pricing in construction, housing finance. The following practical part compares building materials in terms of their properties and environmental impacts during production, determines the costs of acquisition and operation of a family house and then finds out whether it is possible to finance the construction of the house through a mortgage loan. At the end of the work evaluates what percentage will increase the cost of building a house in the case of the use of materials, the production of which produces less negative emissions. Finally, the optimal variant of housing financing is recommended.
Evaluation of the Economic Efficiency and the Financial Feasibility of Public Investment Project

This bachelor thesis is about evaluation of the economic efficiency of public investment projects. The first part of the thesis is focussed on explanation of the essential terms, feasibility analysis and the financial sources for the public sector. The second part is for defining the project, familiarization with methods for calculation of the economic analysis of the railway infrastructure and practical calculation according to Departmental Guideline.
The evaluation of investment activity in the municipality

This bachelor thesis deals with the investment activities in a municipality and mainly with its evaluation. There is the public administration in the Czech Republic described. It is accompanied with potential financial sources and the subsidy system of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The thesis briefly deals with the basic criteria for the evaluation of investment project. The second part of the thesis describes a specific municipality, analyses its current financial situation and its financial situation in the past three years. There is also a specific investment project described and its benefit assessed according to the time of payback.
Optimization of housing finance

The bachelor´s thesis deals with optimization of housing finance. The goal is to find the optimal way of financing the construction of family house for fictional married couple. The terms such as housing, financial sources, mortgage loan, building savings are defined. The following part compares advantageousness of the calculations of the mortgage loans made by individual banking institutions. Secondly, it inquires if it is possible to finance the construction of house from a loan from building savings. At the end of the thesis the optimal way of financing the housing is evaluated.
Income Structure of Professional Football Clubs in Czech Republic and Europe

Tittle: Income structure of Proffesional Football Clubs in Czech Republic and Europe. Objectives: The aim of this work is to create summary of financial sources for selected football clubs operating in the highest European competition including Czech Republic. Another objective is to compare different types of income and refer the main differences and distinctions. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. Method of analysis we applied in analysis of each clubs, comparison in part of compare all clubs or individual incomes each other. For description each clubs was necessary to find and analysis many professional articles, annual reports and league reports which are relevant. Results: Incomes of all football clubs are growing every year. Each club is characterized with certain differences in structures of incomes, but the most differs the Czech representative. For Sparta are the most important money from commercial activities, which achieves high values also in Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona, Arsenal London receives on the contrary the biggest sum from broadcasting. Financial and Economic Feasibility of Public project

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is financial and economic feasibility of public project. The theoretical part specifies issues of public sector, economic evaluation and basic characteristics of public project. This part provides assessment approaches of financial feasibility of public project and gives examples of individual ways of financing. The thesis also includes cost assessment methods of public project. The last part is practical evaluation of economic and financial feasibility applied on specific example.
Methodology of Diplomacy of John of Bohemia

The subject of the thesis is to formulate the methodology of work with different types of sources for the study of diplomacy in the Middle Ages. In the first part, the author defines the essential terminology : medieval diplomacy and diplomatic deed. The basis of sources is divided into categories according to the types of documents and for each group, a procedure of analysis is determined. The sources are always defined, classified and the state of their preservation is assessed. On the basis of the aforsaid evaluation, a suitable methodology for the analysis of medieval diplomacy is apropriated to every category of sources. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the study of the "staff of diplomacy", i.e. envoys, whose analysis allows to show the use of methodological approches to different sources for one scientific question.
