Vliv lokalizace na ekonomické výsledky podniku - případová studie

This thesis deals with the economic situation of the company RAPOS, spol. s r.o. considering its locating. During the assesment of the financial analysis of the company, which includes horizontal and vertical financial indicators, the ratio analysis and bankruptcy model called Altman model Z-score, the results of these indicators have been evaluated. On the basis of these indicators, a project for optimalization of this economical situation of the company has been suggested. The localization factors of Zlín region, which affect this region and can influence activities of the company, have been described and and thein effects have been evaluated. In connection with the localization factor of the competition, final values of this finantial situation of the company RAPOS have been compared to the appropriate competitive company located in the same region. After taking the salary and transport costs into cosideration, the efficiency of the realization of the contract has been calculated in comparison with the realization of the same contract in the region of Hlavní město Praha.

Přímé zahraniční investice v Česku a vliv na regionální rozvoj: příklad francouzské investice Decathlon

Foreign direct investment ("FDI") plays an important role in the global economy and it is mostly mentioned in literature in terms of its impacts on the host country and its regions. In my bachelor thesis, I try to specify these impacts focusing on the regional distribution of FDI in the Czech republic. In the introduction, there is generally characterized FDI, its factors and impacts on the host country. Then I've chosen the French direct investment as the fourth most important foreign investment in the Czech Republic. Based on the regional analysis of the distribution of the French investment, I evaluate factors and reasons of the French investment into the regions of the Czech Republic. Based on the results of the analysis of migration in Liberec, I describe the impact of the economic situation of Liberec on migration. In the last part, I show the investment process of the chosen French investment Decathlon.

Factors of localization of economic subjects in Euroregion Labe

The present bachelor work deals with evaluation of location factors that are crucial for economic subjects when they localize their residencies and which undoubtedly affect the overall structure of the national economy. The goal of this work is to characterize the most important location factors that led the companies to place their residencies in the Euroregion Labe. In the theoretical part the historical development of location theory is introduced. Furthermore, major economic aspects which play role in locating firms are defined as well as several spatial analysis indicators are explained. The practical part is focused on the summary of euroregions importance, introduction of socio - economic situation of the Euroregion Labe and the characteristics of companies located here. The final part is devoted to evaluation of questionnaire research which strives to generalize important location factors.
