Coalition links within the anti Islamist organizations in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis analyzes the coalition ties that have been established within the anti- Islamic scene in the Czech Republic. The analysis includes the most important counter- Islamic entities in the Czech Republic, namely the National Democracy, the Workers' Party of Social Justice, Dusk and its followers, and the Bloc against Islam and its followers. The theoretical basis of the thesis is the theory of coalitions. The aim of the thesis is to answer the questions why the anti-Islamic subjects of the coalition or other forms of co-operation follow up and why they do not follow them, even if they are offered because of their situation. Another aim of the thesis is to point out the possibility of using part of the theoretical approaches of the theory of coalition with certain modifications to the specific environment of the anti-Islamic scene in the Czech Republic, which is quite different from the national environment, for which the concepts of coalition theory were predominantly created. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part introduces theoretical concepts and approaches that have been used in the work. Comparison of political and cultural activities of the extreme right in the Czech Republic and Germany during 90's in the 20th century

Master thesis "The comparison of political and cultural activities of the extreme right in the Czech Republic and Germany during 90's in the 20th century" is firstly defining the terms related to study of the extreme right. Secondly, the thesis is analyzing success of German and Czech extreme right wing parties in the elections, then establishing and forms of membership in the extreme right organizations, making demonstrations, protest events and violent acts with extreme right context which are organized by supporters of the extreme right thoughts. Thirdly, the thesis is focusing on cultural activities, such as live music events with extreme right music artists, with outlining the lyrics of these Czech and German artists. Finally, comparative analysis is describing the form and frequency of all political and cultural activities. Conclusion of the thesis is that forms of the extreme right in the Czech Republic and Germany in the 90's were very similar, however in Germany these activities were more regular and more brutal. Ne Bruselu-Národní demokracie: Radical conservative party

This paper analyses the interim evolution of the Czech political party National Democracy. The Party was founded in 2014 by renaming the political party Law and Justice to National Democracy. In 2014 it took part in three elections but have not yet attained substantial success. The National Democratic Party represents a new force on the far-right scene. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether it is possible to mark National Democracy as a radically conservative party. At the beginning of the paper are presented theoretical concepts on which to build further analysis of the party. Among them is for meeting the objective of the thesis most important the theoretical concept of radical conservatism of a Czech political scientist Jan Rataj. The next part is showing the political party Law and Justice, including its success in the elections and its presented values. The third part of the thesis outlines the founding and current development of the National Democracy. In a further part, space is devoted to persons in the National Democracy, to persons cooperating with the party and to the controversy that this party brings.
