Analýza nákladů stavebních prací vybraných lesních cest na ŠLP Křtiny

This thesis presents an analysis of construction works expenditures of ŠLP Křtiny. Since 2012 two roads were repaired in Habrůvka forest (which was chosen for this thesis analysis). On the Proklest road two stages of repair, while on the Šibrnka road three stages were conducted. For each road separate building sections and specific items that were mended during reconstruction are listed. In this thesis building sections of different stages are compared by the offer prices. The cost development is compiled to charts for clarity. Further, cost development of ÚRS‘s price system in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017 is presented. The other part of this thesis includes expenditure comparison of repairing forest road system and other expenses of ŠLP Křtiny – Habrůvka forest.

Analýza hospodaření vybrané municipality

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of municipal management. Its aim is to evaluate the management of the municipalities Vyškov and Blansko from 2015–2020, compare it and then propose measures that could lead to more efficient use of funds. The evaluation of the budget is made in terms of incomes and expenses and based on the analysis it can be stated that none of the evaluated municipalities shows serious economy deficiencies. The proposed measures can thus contribute to further efficiency improvement of management.

Vyhodnocení finančního hospodaření brněnských městských částí

This Diploma thesis follows up the financial management of selected districts of statutory city of Brno. Specifically districts Brno-střed, Brno-sever and Brno-jih. The aim of Diploma thesis is to evaluate economy of individual city districts in years 2015-2019. This Diploma thesis compares structure of incomes and expenditure of selected city districts. Based on this comparation there were not found any significant differences in way of financial management. Economy of these city districts is very similar. Apparently in each of these city districts there is a continuous development in area dependent on budget options.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the selected subject of the region, specifically the municipality of Bruntál. The subject of this thesis is to analyze the management of the municipality, evaluate the adequacy of financing and the overall use of resources and propose measures that would lead to the optimization of the financial situation of the municipality. The literary research describes the municipality, individual authorities and the budget of the municipality. Further is mentioned financial analysis and its indicators. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the municipality by means of financial analysis of the economy, calculation of individual indicators and evaluation of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality. At the end of the work are evaluated results and proposed financial measures.

Property Valuation for Insurance Purposes - a Detached House in Lipovec Damaged in a Storm

The aim of my diploma thesis is to establish the expenditure on house insurance in a particular case, namely on a detached house in a village called Lipovec. The fundamental terms, which one has to be familiar with to understand the issues of the thesis, are illuminated in the introduction. The theoretical part is dedicated to the methods of evaluation and procedures focused on insurance business and evaluation. The particular area and the detached house are described in the practical part. Procedures stated in the theoretical part are used for conducting a survey of the particular case. Firstly, the value of the object before an insurance event (a hurricane, for instance) will be calculated. Secondly, the expenditure on refurbishment of the damaged features of the house will be calculated. Finally, considering the cost of refurbishment, the value of the object will be evaluated again. The diploma thesis might be used as an exemplary piece of work. Furthermore, it provides a reader with a deep insight into its issues.
