SUPOVÁ, Michaela
This bachelor thesis mainly deals with the impact of psychomotor training on physical and mental health of seniors in facilities for the elderly. For my research has been identified 15 seniors in the experimental group and 15 seniors in the control group. To assess the influence of the experimental group was applied the intervention motion psychomotor exercise program for 6 months. The control group did not participate in the IPP, in this group was only measurements in October 2011 and March 2012. The program of my thesis was focused on finding health through physical anthropometric methods and determination of BMI and blood pressure and their subsequent effect on IPP. It was also aimed at finding and the subsequent positive effect on psychological parameters were studied using POP questionnaire and feedback. After the intervention motion program were evaluated using statistical measurements obtained results showed that the use of psychomotor exercise has demonstrable positive effect on physical and mental health of seniors, especially to reduce BMI and psychological well-being and increased positive self-esteem.
The influence of physical exercises on pregnant women on the development of labour
JEŽKOVÁ, Jana
My work deals with the topic of ``Influence of Physical Exercises during Pregnancy on the Course of the Labour{\crqq}. I decided to explore this subject when I visited a course for pregnant women. I enjoyed the lecture I attended and I was interested whether the time and efforts that the women spent on the exercises were truly worth it. Already in the Antiquity and in the Early Middle Ages people took interest in health of pregnant women and their preparation for the labour. Doctors recommended to them relaxing more, best in lying positions, and bathing in hot water, and they forbade them to bathe in cold water. Based on those recommendations we can see that today{\crq}s psycho-prophylactic preparation of pregnant women has deep roots already in the old times of the Antiquity. The main objective of physical exercises in pregnancy is a good physical and mental condition. The labour and the actual pregnancy are very demanding in terms of the physical and mental fitness, and therefore it is good to be prepared for it. Proper physical exercises help women manage the increased demands on their organisms during the pregnancy, and after the labour it helps them with easier and quicker return to their body weight before the pregnancy. The exercises especially designed for pregnant women prepare them for the labour so that it was as easy for them as possible and did not exhaust them more than it was necessary. Whether the exercise is suitable for the woman or not must be assessed by her doctor on individual basis and based on the current health condition of the woman and her foetus, on the length of pregnancy, physical condition of the woman etc. The goal of this work was to find out whether the physical exercises during the pregnancy truly influence the course of the physiological labour. In order to collect all information I carried out a quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire and I also applied information regarding the length of the labour I had acquired from the medical documentation of women after their physiological labour hospitalized in the lying-in clinic. Before I launched the research I had established a hypothesis that women who had underwent any kind of physical exercises during their pregnancy had faster course of the labour than those who had not attended any such courses. A more significant difference in the length of the labour has been recorded only in case of multiparas who had not done any physical exercises during their pregnancy. The research showed that women (multiparas) who attended any course for pregnant women during their pregnancy have shorter labour approximately by 49 minutes than those women (multiparas) who did not do any exercises. This work could help midwives who lead antenatal courses for pregnant women as part of their primary care. The information could be also provided to the medical staff who meet pregnant women in their practice (for instance in gynaecological departments) and who could deliver the information to them.

Use of Dramatic Pieces during Summer Camps for Children
FEDROVÁ, Ilona
The bachelor work is aimed at the game with a conception of a drama and its use at summer camps. In the theoretical part there are characterised the evolutional characteristics and changes at school age children, the basic differences in terms: an exercise, a game and a drama play. At the last term there is shown its practical use with the two practical examples of drama plays. The final part is concerned at the evaluation, both from the children´s point of view and the self-evaluation itself. On summer camps there are often used active physical games. That is the reason, why the main aim of this work is to show the possibilities, how to use the drama play even in situations that are not so typical for. It can also bring an inspiration how to diversify days at summer camp.
Network investigative activities in school instruction of spreadsheets
ŠIMANDL, Václav
The work is concerned with preparing exercises for the teaching of bulk data processing in the environment of a spreadsheet program. The exercises can be used in the lessons of ICT in the upper stage of the elementary school and in secondary schools. Presently a lot of exercises exist. These exercises are based on obsolete or uninteresting data or directly on artificial data. On the contrary there are few exercises which are based on up to date data or on data which the students entered. In the work there is an emphasis on the importance of creating exercises which are based on up to date data which is freely accessible on the Internet. For example geographical, economic or meteorological data. A software application which can download this data and transfer it into a suited format for further use in a spreadsheet program is a part of the work. We can note the benefit of using exercises, where data has been entered by the students of the class. A part of the work is a software solution which makes a survey possible for the teacher. The students answer the questions in the survey via a form. These answers are worked up into a table for further use in the lessons. An important part of the work is a set of methodical sheets. These sheets contain topics for exercises, which are specialized in bulk data processing. They show acceptable elaboration of downloaded or measured data and possible interpretation of the results. The main objective of the work is to show how and where to get up to date and attractive data for the teaching of bulk data processing and how to use it. The software and the methodical sheets should contribute to this.

VÍTKOVÁ, Tereza
The main goal of this work is to chart interaction of children with the {\clqq}Obkreslovačka`` game. I primarily focus on various strategies for solving exercises where pupils are supposed to encircle certain shapes. I propose and describe three different strategies and evaluate their existence. Part of this work is a statistic compilation of pupil´s success rates while solving exercises from individual sets as well as the statistics of success of each set. I examine the way how children work with this program {--} what problems do they have, what is easy for them and which exercises cause them the biggest problems. I focus on the differences between boys and girls while using concrete strategies and the differences while solving exercises. I am evaluating the suitability of the ``Obkreslovačka{\crqq} game for pupils and recommending this game to a specific age group. Part of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and supplemental data, part is based on my own practical experiences. practicalexperiences.
