Statistical methods in marketing research

This thesis deals with statistical methods in marketing research that are used especially for evaluating survey research. At the beginning of the thesis we shortly describe a marketing research process. Next chapter deals with data, afterwards we focus in two chapters on their analyzing. These chapters are Univariate data analysis and Bivariate data analysis and include brief theoretical descriptions which are afterwards demonstrated on examples. These examples are calculated sometimes manually but mostly the SPSS is used. In case we use the SPSS the way of input will be described.
