Hmyzí protein v krmivech pro drůbež – kalkulace ceny produktu a marketingová strategie.
Pešková, Barbora
Pešková, B. Insect protein in poultry feed – calculation of product price and marketing strategy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The main goal of this thesis is to propose and financially quantify a marketing strategy for poultry feed containing proteins obtained from permitted insect species. A further goal is the calculation of their price and comparison with standardly used types of feed. The issue of poultry feed containing insect protein is described in the literature review. For potential feed is created calculation of their price. The thesis also contains questionnaire surveys across three groups – poultry feed producers, poultry farmers and final consumers of poultry meat/eggs. At the end, there is proposal for a marketing strategy incl. of her financial estimate.
Hodnocení výkrmu kuřat s využitím nášlapných vah
Bendeová, Tereza
The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the data gained from a weighine-machine located right in the hall of the selected company. The weighine-machine together with thermometer and hygrometer measures the weight of chickens, numbers of chickens weighed, temperature, humidity and uniformity. The data acquired about the given batches are from September 2014 to March 2016 from both types of hybrids. The results show that hybrid ROSS 308 occurred more often above the growth curve, in summer months it had better daily weight gain and the highest uniformity. Hybrid COBB 500 had better increase in winter and its uniformity was higher in temporary and winter period. According to the correlation analysis, the fact was confirmed, that with the growing weight the number of chickens lowers. The average mortality was around 3 %, the exception was the batch 6/2015 when the mortality was 4,8 %.
Hmyz – složka krmiv pro drůbež: ekonomické souvislosti a marketingová strategie.
Konečný, Lukáš
The bachelor thesis deals with insects as a component of poultry feed from economic and marketing view. Thesis is divided into two parts, i.e. literature research, which include history, legislation, expert articles and studies considering insects in poultry feed. Second part of the thesis deals with insects feed from company Underground Food, market research, searching producer of this feed and price comparison of poultry feed with insects. In the end is proposed marketing strategy how to make poultry feed with insects visible on the market.
Automatizovaný systém pro ekologický chov drůbeže
CÍSAŘ, Aleš
This bachelor thesis proposes a specific technical solution of an automated system for organic poultry farming. After the analysis of the problematics, breeding conditions and obtaining the main parameters that must be met, a modular system was designed. The system takes into account the basic requirements in the form of parameters that condition effective breeding. It is mainly the management of safety, microclimate, food and the final production. Although a key feature of the control system is its autonomous mode, it is supplemented by a mobile application that allows monitoring of the current status and manual control of actuators in particular. The proposed system should help breeders to reduce the cost and time of small-scale poultry farming in mobile hen houses.
Vyhodnocení emisí amoniaku z chovu drůbeže ve vybraném zemědělském podniku
HUCEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis deals with pollutants that escape into the air during intensive breeding of broiler chickens. The biggest polluter is ammonia gas, which mainly results in the creation of the greenhouse effect and thus contributes to global warming. Many scientists are working on ways to reduce this unwanted gas, and are therefore developing modern stables technologies for all types of livestock on intensive farms. The final work evaluates the production of emissions from broiler farming. In particular, the evaluation of the annual ammonia emissions and the reduction of the production of this gas in the selected agricultural holding. The measurement was performed at the private agricultural company ZEFA Nová Pec, spol. s r. o. in the broiler chicken farm, located near Strunkovice nad Blanicí.
Návrh 3D modelu reálného ustájení drůbeže pro potřeby počítačových simulací
MÁTL, David
This diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a 3D model of real poultry housing, which will be used for the needs of computer simulations. The dimensions needed for the elaboration of the thesis, were measured in a real hall for poultry breeding. The model is created in free student version of computer 3D modeling program SolidWorks. In the research part of this thesis are introduced ammonia limit values and systems for their reduction in poultry housing. The next section describes Revolution 4.0 and how it relates to poultry housing. The following part deals with clever technologies used in agriculture and their connection with poultry farming. The practical part deals with the workflow of creating and building a model.
Základní aspekty výživy nosných plemen slepic
PAPOUŠKOVÁ, Tereza
This bachelor thesis deals with the proper nutrition of hens intended for egg production. These are mainly laying hens kept in large farms. It deals with information about the best purebred breeds bred in our country in small farms and laying type hybrids used in large farms. Furthermore, the anatomy and physiology of the digestive tract of the hens, a general treatise on nutrients, minerals and vitamins. This information is then closly describe in more detail with regard to specific categories of animals and their needs.
Best Available Technologies for Intensive Livestock Production: Analysis of Present State in the Czech Republic
HAVELKA, Zbyněk
The thesis deals with the issue of the use of the best available technologies (BAT) in poultry and pig farms falling under the IPPC regime in the Czech Republic. The thesis presents an overview of the legislative framework of IPPC in the Czech Republic, an overview of the most important BATs. From the point of view of intensive poultry and pig farms, an overview of the number of facilities and their location in the Czech Republic, reported annual ammonia emissions and BAT used by these facilities is presented.
