Energy-saving detached house in Bučovice

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is to design near-ly zero-energy detached family house for a family of four. The thesis has two parts. The first part presents documentation for building permission. The second part presents the design of selected building services. The house is located on a flat plot in Bučovice. It is a two-storey square shape house with a flat green roof, a wooden terrace and a carport for two cars . On the ground floor, there is a social part, i.e. a living room connected to a kitchen, a study room, a bathroom, a toilet and a utility room. On the second floor, there is a private zone with a master bedroom, two children bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a walk-in closet. The house is based on foam glass and a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are masonry made of aerated concrete blocks. The external walls are insulated with the ETICS.The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of cast in place reinforced concrete. The design building services contains the design of vetilation system, solutions for sewage and rainwater, electrical installation and heating. The work deals with the heating system in more detail. The main source of heat is air-water heat pump. The building will be heated by underfloor heating. The air exchange will be provided by the mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Sewage will be treated in the domestic waste water treatment, clean water will be infiltrated in to the ground on the premises. Rainwater will be collected in storage tank and used for watering the garden. The thesis also includes assessment of fire safety, thermal, daylighting and acoustics. energy performance certificate. The building aslo has energy performance certificate and falls into the classification class A – extremely efficient
Study of variants of sewerage of the recreational center Vřesovice

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of sewerage and wastewater disposal in the recreational centre near Vřesovice. The purpose of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of variant solutions of sewerage, including the proposal of possibilities of wastewater treatment, economic evaluation of variants, their subsequent comparison and recommendation of the most suitable variant. The diploma thesis deals with the design of variants of wastewater treatment with subsequent discharge into surface waters. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the individual variants of sewerage are summarized with a comparison of costs and subsequent recommendation of the variant.
Inspection and authorization of domestic wastewater treatment plants

The theme of the thesis is „Inspection and authorization of domestic wastewater treatment plant.“ It deals with the legislative framework for the permitting process and inspection of wastewater treatment plants used for groups up to 50 inhabitants. In addition to defining the legislative inspection process and authorization construction of waterworks and wastewater discharges into groundwater and surface water, this work emphasizes current technological possibilities wastewater treatment plant and related certification issues and categorizing description. The sample project of domestic wastewater treatment plant is processed according to applicable legislation in the practical part.

This diploma thesis explores treatment options of wastewater with a low presence of organic pollution produced by minor pollution sources. The research part describes objects with a low presence of organic pollution in wastewater and possible treatment methods in dependence of pollution source's size. The practical part contains the design of technological options of treatment of wastewater with a low presence of organic pollution for a specific object.

Ověření funkčnosti domovních ČOV se zasakováním v regionu Tišnovska

This thesis is concerned with verifying the functionality of domestic wastewater treatment plants soaking in the Tišnov region. The theoretical section describes methods of waste water within the houses, their distribution, utilization characteristics. There is also described the technology selected domestic wastewater treatment plants method of operation. There are mentioned legislative provisions relating to wastewater treatment plants discharging to do their groundwater. The work includes hydro-geological description of the site, in which monitored Domestic wastewater treatment plant is located. Within the practical part was to validate the effectiveness of wastewater treatment. Samples of wastewater were regularly for six months removed from individual domestic wastewater treatment plants BAT and analyzed in the laboratory of the Institute of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Engineering Faculty of Agronomy, Mendel University in Brno. Measured parameters determining the quality of wastewater were compared with relevant legislation, the values guaranteed by the manufacturer of the individual household wastewater. Results of the analyzes of waste waters were evaluated interpreted. On the basis of their recommendations was established.

The diploma thesis is facused on the wastewater discharged into surface waters in the village Nová Ves u Leštiny. Comparison parameters were with respect of flasitibility and economical demands. The suggested variants include a central wastewater treatment plant with a gravity separate sewer system or pressure sewage transport. Central root wastewater with a gravity separate sewer system or pressure sewago transport. Village will provide one-time financial contribution to individual households for acquiring domestic wastewater treatment plant.
