Analysis of development programs for students and graduates

The bachelor thesis deals with development programs for students and graduates in organizations. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical basis of talent management and talent development methods that are implemented in the programs. The second part of the work focuses on the analysis of the development programs for students and graduates in selected organizations. The basic criteria of comparison are determined and described for each of programs and subsequently evaluated. The work seeks to find common signs described development programs and a description of trends in the field. Keywords Talent management, development program, trainee program, student, graduate.
Development Program of Trebic

In this thesis is designed Development Programme of Trebic. The work analyzes the state and development of the city, on the basis of SWOT analysis were identified weaknesses particularly in the area of high unemployment, business support, low promotion of the city and energy city policy. Especially for those areas suggestions of improvements/development, for example through mobile applications for the greater appeal of the city or using the energy manager to monitor the energy performance of buildings.
Talent management

This thesis deals with talent management. Its aim is to identify the best practices in talent management based on secondary and primary research of selected talent management programs. The theory is focused on definition of strategic HR management and especially talent management as one of its priorities. It is followed by explanation of the basic concepts of talent (such as high-potential, high performing and key employees) and talent management. Further descriptions of talent management process as well as TM challenges are included. The practical part is divided into two main sections. The first one is related to research in four companies and evaluation of their current talent management programs. Due to the fact that Generation Y is still more and more included in talent pool, the second part covers description of work life from its point of view. The final section contains a summary and the best practices.
The Utilization of Structural funds of the EU by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Czech Republic

The subject of this work is to show the position of SMEs in the Czech Republic and analyze options for financing them from national and european recources. There is mentioned comparison of the periods 2004 - 2006 and 2007 - 2013. The work focuses on industry and entrepreneurship operational programme. Then there are chosen examples of implementation of projects in practice and the comment on their results.
