Areál pro sportovní a kulturní aktivity v obci Sentice

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multipurpose complex on a specific plot in the village of Sentice. The complex includes outdoor sports surfaces for the recreation of citizens and a building with wooden construction. The building serves as a sanitary facility and cultural center. The main structure is composed of massiv wood panels DEKPANEL. In order to find the best solution was created more layout options, while the most suitable variant was elaborated in detail. The proposed building takes into account the requirements of the investor, the ideas of the citizens of the site and the author's own opinion. The result of the thesis is the drawing documentation of the building and a technical description.

Dřevostavba bytového domu na bázi CLT

The thesis is focused on the construction of an apartment building from CLT panels from the dekpanel system in Brno, Lesná. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey with a total of 17 apartments. The submitted design of an apartment building arose from the idea of a quick return on investment in real estate, which consists in the rapid construction of real estate and the constant increase in land and housing prices. The apartment building project and the construction itself will meet the valid legislative conditions in the Czech Republic.

The diploma thesis deals with a documentation of a family house construction. This house’s main supporting structure is made of wood, speciffically CLT panels. The documentation contains both an architectural and an engineering solution. The house is designed as a bungalow type for the family of four or five. The building complies with valid hygiene regulations and related standards. The object is located in Volfířov, the descriptive number is 604/12. Also there is a review of a perimeter protection of buildings. In conclusion there are solved and compared heating possibilities.
