Focus techniques of optical measurement of 3D features
Macháček, Jan ; Honec, Peter (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
This thesis deals with optical distance measurement and 3D scene measurement using focusing techniques with focus on confocal microscopy, depth from focus and depth from defocus. Theoretical part of the thesis is about different approaches to depth map generation and also about micro image defocusing technique for measuring refractive index of transparent materials. Then the camera calibration for focused techniques is described. In the next part of the thesis is described experimentally verification of depth from focus and depth from defocus techniques. For the first technique are shown results of depth map generation and for the second technique is shown comparison between measured distance values and real distance values. Finally, the discussed techniques are compared and evaluated.

The Information System Development for the Protected Workshop
Jelínek, Marek ; Pfliegler, Petr (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The object of this labor is to analyze of business processes and design an information system for support the cleaning services in sheltered workshops by Service Company s.r.o The result of this detailed analysis is the necessary basic for the design of an information system which respects the current model of the existing operations and also removes some of the shortcomings. Executed proposal also specifies the user access to the information system. Proposal defines the functions of modules, relationships and access to data. The proposal also specifies for all data flow and data warehouses. In the final stage is made a proposal of next action.

Vlivy působící na celkovou jakost výsekového masa a odchylky jakosti
Kolísková, Adéla
The term meat is defined in the bachelor's thesis, and its consumption in recent years is also listed here. I also deal with the chemical composition and explanation of the concept of quality, which is the result of nine quality characteristics. Furthermore, the factors that influence the final quality of the meat are described here. Factors can be divided into intravital and postmortem. Postmortem processes and slaughtering processing, which also contribute to the final quality of the products, are described in more detail. The following is a list and description of some forms of meat spoilage. The work also characterizes the most frequent quality deviations, supplemented by the causes of their occurrence and the possibility of their identification.

Quality characteristics of fallow deer meat
JAROŠOVÁ, Gabriela
This diploma thesis is focused on quality characteristics of farm-raised fallow deer meat and also on the slaughter method influence on meat quality. The theoretical part deals with the importance of meat and its chemical composition. Furthermore, quality characteristics of meat, deer farms, slaughter method and the process of postmortem changes are described. The aim of this diploma thesis was to prove if there are any quality changes of meat according to slaughter method based on chemical composition and physical structure of meat. The pH measurement during ageing of meat, meat color, intramuscular fat con-tent, collagen content and drip loss was evaluated as statistically significant. Meat samples values of fallow deer stunned with a captive bold in a handling box proved signs of DFD defective meat.
