Special medical care for children in institutional care

Mentally ill children could be placed in institutional care. The main idea for writing this work was to reflect progressive or negative elements involved in the process of socialization of girls in particular children's home. A family, an authority, an aggression and a communication were the main areas for research questions. Also was concretized individual positions of staff in the educational and therapeutic mode of the children's home. The anamnestic data and ways of working were processed by qualitative way. The present work shows a different way of thinking about the teaching process and pedagogic competences in the context of institutional care. Emphasis is put on cooperation within the whole team. Based on the conclusions of this work is recommended to prepare a methodology for working with psychiatrically ill children in institutional care.
