Bachelor thesis deals with the theme of customer experience and terms related to this topic. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part explains the terms generally, as the experience or customer loyalty. The second part is dedicated to medotology used for Customer Experience Management. In the third part is described application of Customer Experience Management in practice, particularly in the context Touch Point Analyses in GE Money Bank.
Analysis of different approaches to determining the administrative burden on business

This thesis focuses on the performance of different methods of determining the administrative burdens. There is defined the concept of the administrative burden and there are described selected approaches to its identification and measuring: Doing Business Index, Standard Cost Model (SCM), qualitative research and other alternative methods. These approaches have been used in practice to determine the burden of the selected company. The recommendation, which approach should be preferred, is based on, among other things, the outcome of using different approaches in practice.
