The aim of my bachelor thesis is to supply a comprehensive characteristic of Nicaragua. I tried to put a certain whole together which would enable to create a further notion of Nicaraguan corporate environment and local business and cultural specialities. The introductory part contains the basic information about the country. In the next chapter, I attend to economic and political situation in the country, investment climate and also the problems which a Nicaraguan market has to face. The cultural specialities describe the basic features of Nicaragua culture and the chapter Business specialities supplies information important for successful negotiation in Nicaragua. The thesis also contains the analysis of mutual business co-operation between the Czech Republic and Nicaragua.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a summary of information on the Republic of Mozambique, with the main focus on entrepreneurial environment and cultural and business specialities. First part of the thesis sums up information about geography, history, demography, politics and economy. The second chapter analyzes entrepreneurial environment, present investment dangers and opportunities. Third part describes business and cultural specialities, relevant for potential businessman and visitors. The last chapter analyzes relations between Czech Republic and Mozambique. A part of this thesis is also an illustrated appendix.

The aim of this work is to give general information on Zimbabwe. Contents are specific entrepreneural environment, as well as business and cultural specialities of this country and the whole work should serve as an informative document for potential investors or nonspecialist and tourists who want to know about Zimbabwe something more. The first chapter contains the basic characteristics such as geography, demography, religion and history of Zimbabwe. In the second chapter, there are information about economic and political situation in the country, relevant to future entrepreneurs. The third focuses on the cultural and business differences that are needed to be known and the last chapter is devoted to Czech-Zimbabwean relations. There is also an illustrated appendix.
