Design CNC Technology Components Shaft

This thesis deals with the technological process of producing welded shaft in company STT Servis, s.r.o. The work is addressed the technological possibilities and production solutions, way to ensure the rotation of the shaft when turning and turning shaped recesses. The main point solution is to use technology for the final machining of the shaft, here are three times compared to machine technology, original, new and proposed. In conclusion the technologies are compared and evaluated.

Machining of components on CNC machines

The bachelor thesis deals with the manufactory of the rotor for the electric motor on the CNC lathe. The first part describes the function and design of manufactured constituent part. The next chapter designes and describes production process of machining the shaft and next steps of manufactory are described. They basic production capacity calculations are made. In the next part the NC program is designed, which is used to manufacture the shaft as a model product.

Series Production of the Product "Case A"

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze production of front panels for IT cases. The manufacturing is done in the EMKO Case a.s. company on EMC Kosy3 Portal CNC machine, where were also made an experiment. The aim was to incrase production capacity. According to suggestions was made a practical test. The results are summarized in the technical-economic evaluation and in conclusion.

Technology solutions with a CNC machine

Bachelor thesis deals with the production of rotary component (master shaft). In the first part is selected suitable semi-product for the specified component, followed by the assignment of production machines and choise of the appropriate tools. Covered is a technological process, capacitive calculation of VBD and energy consumption including respect for the ecology of production. In the next part the NC programs are created in the control systems called Yasnac and Heidenhain iTNC 530. The final part is devoted to the production of the specified component.

Rationalizaton technology of production solid 14.037.270

This thesis deals with the rationalization of the existing body of machining 14,037,270 for five-axis CNC machine HERMLE C20U with Heidenhain control program. The work is focused mainly on streamlining the production of holes in the part. In the introduction technology is developed, which was created by Elakov. Based on analysis of existing housing production technology, new tools have been selected and designed a new technology. By consolidating all of the results efficient and economical production alternative was designed.
