Its function should be time-adaptable, its premises should be easy to navigate and it should be a place to live 24 hours a day. The town hall should be the heart, the place of important events, the guardian of the city, the place that people will love. It should be a representative, dignified, efficient and friendly institution. I tried to direct the proposal to this all. The town hall as an organism, as an artery, the heart decisive wisely.
