Barriers in Education of Mothers on Parental Leave
Krmenčíková, Eva ; Dvořáková, Miroslava (advisor) ; Záškodná, Helena (referee)
This Bachelor's thesis focuses on barriers in further education of mothers on parental leave. It aims to find what the specifics of these barriers are, as compared to the wider adult population. Mothers on parental leave are considered a specific group in the job market as well as in the field of education; therefore they need to be given special attention. The first part of the thesis defines further professional education as a part of lifelong education and introduces the surveys representing the base for my own survey, and also introduces some of the factors that influence the perceived barriers in education of mothers on parental leave. The detection of barriers in further education of mothers on parental leave was carried out in a quantitative survey. The results of this survey were then compared to the results of the surveys described in the previous chapters. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
