The aim of the thesis is to design the construction of a mountain hut, located in the Moravian-Silesian part of Beskydy mountain, on the place of demolished hut called Slavíč. The new hut takes form of the old one, mainly of the time of its construction with my adaptation according to the local folk architecture. The first floor is designed as a log house with a part made of bricks, in which is located technical and sanitary equipment of the cottage. The wooden part consists of hall with a sitting area and a kitchen. The second floor is made as frame construction with five rooms and a sanitary facilities. The roof is designed as a saddle roof with clipped sections on each end and a decorated gable.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a detached house with a basement area and attic area used as a living space and the placement of the building on a specific sloping plot of land in the Beskydy Mountains. The house is designed for a family of four with a compliance with hygienic and other related standards. The building is designed as a hybrid construction where two construction systems are used. One part of the house is built as a log house and is connected to the second part that is made out of bricks. There is also a residential attic. A plot of land in the cadastral territory of Velké Karlovice was chosen for the location of the house, the plot is part of the Beskydy PLA. Practical part of thesis consists of building design documentation as well as visualization. The text part is focused mostly on carpentry joints used in log structures in past and the present times.

The topic of thesis is design and description of the realization block house on a particular ground. The house meets requirements for yearround use by a fourmember family. The text part describes the process of desig, implement and construction modern block house from BSH prisms as it would be with a real project. At the same time, there are pointe out specifics for given structural system. For object, is drawn up budget, focused on parts of the timber structure. There are also discussed possibilities of waste water management adequate for family house. Problematics of architectural visualizations is furthermore discussed.

The main aim of my dissertation was to create a project for building permit of timbered wooden house in protected landscape area Jeseníky. The construction and building system of the house had to meet the demands placed in the Czech Republic on a year-round habitable family house. Part of the work is, besides the drawing documentation for the building permit, also necessary realization drawings of this timbered building. I also focused on the description of traditional manual technology of massive wooden houses and machine technology.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a timbered bungalow family house for a four-member household. The design works with current and future requirements of thermal properties of the perimeter shell. The thesis also deals with the problems of the selected construction system of the peripheral shell as well as with the basic constructional details. The processing also includes an assessment of structures in terms of the thermal properties’ requirements for the given structure. The thesis proposes several layout solutions of the object and their mutual comparison. In addition, the thesis deals with an issue and subsequent solution of the use of water from several sources. The work contains complete drawing documentation for building permits, technical reports and proof of energy performance of buildings.

The theme of the thesis is the design and implementation description timbered family house on a particular site. The House will meet the requirements for year-round use family of four. At work, among other things, solves partial basement house, designing perimeter walls of BSH prisms and positioning of the building on a particular site. Solution is also construction of wooden elements of the building and the layout of rooms, depending on orientation to the cardinal. Furthermore, there is described a solution crical details envelope timbered buildings.
