Page Segmentation in a Web Browser
Zubrik, Tomáš ; Polčák, Libor (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the web page segmentation in a web browser. The implementation of Box Clustering Segmentation (BCS) method in JavaScript using an automated browser was created. The actual implementation consists of two main steps, which are the box extraction (leaf DOM nodes) from the browser context and their subsequent clustering based on the similarity model defined in BCS. Main result of this thesis is a functional implementation of BCS method usable for web page segmentation. The evaluation of the functionality and accuracy of the implementation is based on a comparison with a reference implementation created in Java.
Faktory ovlivňující vnější projevy říje a zabřezávání klisen
HOUŠKOVÁ, Zuzana
The aim of the work was to process facts from Czech and foreign sources about the reproduction of mares. On the basis of the information given in literary sources, monitoring was carried out including monitoring the manifestations and course of estrus, selected characteristics of mares such as BCS, age, current use of individual mares or possible hormonal stimulation. 62 mares in the age range from 3 to 24 years were included in the monitoring. The monitored mares were of various breeds, mares with a sports or hobby career were included, but also mares whose use was primarily for breeding. The aim of this work was to assess the influence of individual selected factors on the subsequent pregnancy of mares and to assess the most suitable combination of characteristics and manifestations of estrus in mares.

Vliv tělesné kondice na množství a složení mléka dojnic českého strakatého plemene skotu

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of body condition of dairy cattle to their milk production and the composition of milk. In each of 303 dairy cows, which were actually on the top of their lactation (between 60. and 90. day after calving), were individually valued their body condition with the 5-point BCS scale. The samples of milk from the monitoring of their performance were taken the same day. The observation was made in one year. The amount of milk and its composition was valued towards body condition, phase of lactation, lactation sequences, and month of monitoring (microclimate in stable). In monitoring the influence of body condition to their production of milk and its composition was finded out, that the condition of dairy cattle has highly evidential negative relationship to the milk efficiency. The relationship between body condition, the volume of fat, protein and lactose in milk was not proved. About the amnout and composition of milk considering lactation sequences was proved highly evidential relationship between the lactation sequences (mainly the first lactation) and the amount of milk. Relationship between the volume of fat, protein, and lactose was not proved. In case of the relationship between the amount of milk and its composition in particular phases of lactation (between 60. and 90. day after calving) was finded out inconclusive influence to the amount of milk such as the volume of fat, protein and lactose. During the monitoring in each months in the year (microclimate in stable) to the amount and the composition of milk was finded out inconclusive relationship to the milk production, volume of fat, protein and lactose in milk.
Vliv změny kondice dojnic českého strakatého plemene skotu na jejich mléčnou užitkovost

This diploma thesis was made to evaluate the influence of body condition change in Czech Fleckvieh cattle to their milk production in one-year monitoring of 214 dairy cows. Their body condition was individually valued with 5-point system named Body Condition Scoring (BCS) with accuracy to 0,5 point. Body condition of these dairy cows was written down between 1 up to 2 months before calving and then between 40 up to 70 days after calving. The change in body condition between these two terms was subsequently evaluated to milk yield and the composition of milk. There was also evaluated the influence of body condition change to phase of lactation, parity and somatic cell count. Relationship between body condition change and milk yield was highly positive. Relationship between body condition change and the amount of milk fat, milk protein, fat to protein ratio, phase of lactation and somatic cell count was not proved.
Kondice holštýnských dojnic a vlivy které na ni působí

Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the influences acting on the body condition Holstein cows and their own assessment of body condition. The main part deals with the evaluation of body condition Holstein cattle and influences that act on it. Then the thesis reviews the body condition for further farm animals and hobby animals. I made two observations of cows at first lactation in the ŠZP Žabčice. Of these cows were selected 48 pieces, it is at each observation 24 pieces of which 12 cows were in the stage of lactation in 100 days and for 12 cows over 100 days. The first sighting took place in November 2014, and the second in February 2015. In my observations, I focused on the analysis of two influences, and how it affects month follow-up (November, February) and stage of lactation (within 100 days and over 100 days). The results observed were as follows. When monitor the influence of the month sighting on the body condition, the mean BCS (Body condition score) in November it was 3.11 points and 2.97 points in February. The average of the lowest values observed in November was 2.47 points and 2.56 in February. The average of the maximum values reached in November 4 points and 3.56 points in February. Regarding the influence of stage of lactation, the values of average body condition at the stage of lactation of 100 days 2.98 points and over 100 days 3.1 points. The average of the lowest values in the phase of 100 days was 2.47 points and over 100 days 2.56 points. The average of the maximum values reached within 100 days of lactation 3.84 points and over 100 days of lactation 3.91 points.
A Comparasion of Analyzers, Quality Control and Advantage for Accreditation and Accuracy Laboratory Experience
VALERIÁN, Vojtěch Samuel
The objective of this thesis was to compare measurements in two types of coagulation analyzers by using the various types of software, implementation of a new methodology, its consequent use for diagnostics and implementation of quality inspection for various methodologies. Methodology: Measurements were performed by using the coagulation analyzers BCS (Behring Coagulation System) made by the company Dade Behring, Marburg, GmbH. One of the analyzers uses the operation system Windows XP and the second uses OS Mac. The same measurements of individual methods, used for screening of thrombotic states, were performed on both analyzers. We measured coagulation setting prothrombin time, activated partial time, thrombin time, antithrombin III, fibrinogen and D-dimer. We implemented a new methodology for monitoring of heparin (low molecular weight, pentasaccharides or unfractionated heparin) by setting the units of anti Xa inhibition.
Evaluation milk yield and fertility cows in drove of Bohemian Spotted cattle
ZADÁKOVÁ, Martina
The aim of this work was evaluation of milk yield and fertility of cows´ groups, which were formed on the basis of milk production quantity, age, a calving season, pedigree, body framework of cattle and a level of body condition. There were evaluated results at 690 cows in years from 2004 to 2007. The foundation dates about the yield and the fertility of animals were abtoined by check of the yield. The body framework of cattle and condition were investigated with regular month intervals during the year 2007. Body condition was considered in an interval from 1 to 5 points with accuracy of 0,25 point. During the watching years milk yield increased from 6 616 kg to 8 507 kg. Milk components reduced with increasing milk yield, when the contents of fat was gradually reduced from initial 4,2 % to 3,87 %. The contens of proteins was also reduced from 3,5 % to 3,37 %. It was investigated that the decline of body condition after calving was connected with extension of insemination interval and service period by six days and its increase with shortening of interval and SP by four days. The higher milk yield (8 281 kg) but at the same time longer service period was investigated with cows of bigger body framework (the hight in back from 145 to 150 cm). During the evaluation of effect breeding groups (C1, C2, C3) to fertility weren´t investigated more important differences among the groups. But the breeding groups influence the hight of milk yield, ehen the C3 group (share of dairy breed more than 50 %) has the highest milk yield (7 866 kg). The highest milk yield was investigated with cows at the second lactation period (7 900 kg), at the third lactation period was almost on the same level (7 886 kg)and in the following lactation periods the quantity of milk gradually fell down. The examination of lactation curve courses at cows´ group with a different level of yield indicated , thet the higher care in a herd is devoted to milk production than to cows´ fertility. The length of service period at the highyield cows was as 200 days.
