Credit market in the Czech Republic

The thesis discusses current situation in the credit market in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to describe the functioning of the mortgage market and other credit markets, aiming not only to finance their own housing, but also on non-purpose loans. Business loans will be mentioned only very strictly. Loans are so extensive topic that it deserves a clear explanation, which families and individuals will understand and what they can expect when they will solve financing or what products are offered, what these products actually mean and what life situation (with regard to creditworthiness of the applicant, the purpose of the loan, and many other aspects) are determined. The whole thesis not only describes how the credit market looks, but also practically demonstrates how the entire process of handling the loan looks like and what you need primarily to solve when dealing with the financing.

Mortgage loan and Hypoindex

As a topic for my thesis I chose "Mortgage loan and Hypoindex". In the introductory part I am mentioning basic information about a mortgage loan, definitions and problems of mortgage loans themselves. That part has the content to help the readers understand the meaning of a mortgage loan. The second part is focused on Hypoindex and a reader not familiar with the issues and sorting mortgage loans could be confused. For that reason the main part is focused on the term Hypoindex, its origin and development. The final part pays attention to comparison of the attitudes to the index by three sides (institution giving information, the index owner and users).

Comparsion of consumer credit and american mortgage

This paper deals with comparsion of consumer credit and american mortgage in terms of their suitability for the client who is interested in a loan for consumer goods. The paper compares the above-mentioned bank products from the three representatives of the banking sector. Besides the comparison of text defines the terms consumer credit and american mortgage. There are also discussed ways to protect client, Information obligation for credit institutions and possibility of resolving disputes between parties. In this work we can read on bank credit risk management methods.

Comparing the actual APRC and APRC reported by banks

The bachelor thesis is focused on a non-specific purpose mortgages,known also as an American Mortgage. The objective of this thesis is to create an overview of the mortage arrangement process and determine whether the banks state true APRC of American Morgage. The theoretical part contains a description of the mortgage loans and the mortage arrangement process. The practical part deals with comparing the actual APRC and APRC reported by banks and how banks compliance information duty. Leasing and Other Ways of Financing

My diploma work deals with the possibilities of financing a second-hand personal car by leasing, by a consumer bank credit and by an American mortgage with regard to the advantages of single methods of financing for a private person. This work is made up of two basis parts. The first of them - the theoretical one - is divided into three chapters treating of the way of use, advantages and disadvantages of all these methods. In the second, practical part the possibility of single methods of funding is proved by an analysis of concrete companies and banks, which offer these methods of financing. On the basis of the analysis the most advantageous companies and banks, which are offering their product with the most advantageous conditions, are evaluated. For interest I compared the possibilities of financing in the Czech Republic with Germany. The work also contains some detailed information about the second-hand car schop NOVOSAD, where I was getting consulation during my practise, and I gather information from their experience in my whole diploma work.
