Production of GPS holder on FDM 3D printer
Šebesta, Vít ; Šeniglová, Hana (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with design and production of a model holder for GPS using 3D FDM printer. Three models were created by the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2015 and they were economically and technically assessed. Then model No.3 was chosen for detailed analysis. The important methods of 3D printing and appropriateness of using different materials such as ABS and PLA are also discussed in this thesis.
Recycling plastics for 3D printing
Hellebrand, Martin ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
Purpose of this paper is analysis of basic Rapid Prototyping technologies including FDM. Technologies are compared in matter of possible recyclation of used materials. The largest recyclation potential appeared in case of FDM technology. There were conducted analysis of basic materials used in this method. Possible methods for recyclation were described. Finally, there were conducted economical analysis to evaluate viability of recyclation in case of FDM.
The Folk Costumes
Župková, Ilona ; Maixner, Miroslav (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
The outcome of my thesis is airy relief in the form of a spreaded Kyjov´s women's folk costumes. It is made up of embroidery and lace, which gets their original lightness without underlying substance. The white color, I have used, strenghts this feeling. All parts are printed by the ABS plastic. I follow the transformation of hand-made embroidery on the machine-made one with this. 3D printing is another entirely fictitious step for me. Just as the embroidery machine adjusts stitches according to their outline, as well as 3D printer has its own structure of applying material.
Production of functional equipment for food processor using Fused Deposition Modeling
Štancl, Václav ; Matuška, Martin (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the production of component using the Fused Deposition Modeling method and economic comparison of this production to other manufacturing technologies. This component is accessory of manual food processor, which is due to poor clamping diameter unusable. In Autodesk Inventor model was created, that is, with the exception of altered functional dimensions, identical to the original parts. The final accessory of beater was made by using the Fused Deposition Modeling method with uPrint equipment.
