Vliv nízké teploty na pevnost lepeného spoje nábytkových hran
Lichtenberg, Václav
The object of this bachelor thesis is the analyze the impact of extremely low temperatures to the bonded joint of ABS furniture edges and PB. Temperature is one of the factors with a significant influence of strength of bonded joints, which has a major impact on the selection of a suitable adhesive. It should withstand extremely low and high temperatures and therefore should has adequate properties which are related to the conditions for transport logistics. Thesis deals with the strength of the bond furniture edges, which is subjected of cyclic thermal loading. The bond strength is tested by peeling ABS edges at 90° and by shear loading at 45°. The research worked with available and commonly used materials (ABS and PB) and bonded joint was connected with hotmelt adhesive PUR. The results were statistically processed, interpreted in the text and graphically depicted. In the final part of the thesis was the issue comprehensively evaluated and conclusions were expressed.
Vplyv lepidla na pevnosť lepených spojov za zvýšených teplôt s využitím metódy šikmého šmyku
Košutová, Petra
This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of adhesive on bond strength of ABS edges and particle boards at increased temperatures. The issue also involves logistic operations, where furniture is exposed to extreme temperatures in both positive and negative directions while being transported or stored. The factor mentioned above is vital for choice of suitable adhesive showing the properties that have to withstand extreme conditions and comply with the required characteristics at the same time. The test was carried out using particular board sheet material that is commonly available and widely used in furniture industry. Bond strength was tested having applied EVA hot melt adhesive that was exposed to cyclic thermal load of 20 to 70 °C using the method of oblique shear and compressive load at 45°. The results of the measurements were processed and analyzed thoroughly.
Vliv lepidla na pevnost lepených spojů za zvýšených teplot
Vrbová, Lenka
The goal of this thesis is an analysis of the influence of the adhesive material on the characteristic strength of the adhesive bonded joint. The adhesive material used was exposed to the cyclic thermal loading of the environment around the adhesive bonded joint of ABS and PB furniture edges. The solidity of adhesive bonded joint was tested by loading of the joint, which was achieved by peeling of the ABS edge at 90° angle. Only standard materials, commonly accessible and utilised in the furniture industry, were used during the test. The results of the gauging were processed and analysed.
