3D scanner of electromagnetic field
Dušek, Filip ; Horák, Jiří (referee) ; Láčík, Jaroslav (advisor)
The Diploma thesis focuses on the description, design, and implementation of a 3D scanner for electromagnetic fields. The requirements for the scanner are outlined, and the functional principle is analyzed. The scanner design was created using SOLIDWORKS 2022, with individual parts being designed and assembled to form the scanner. The motors were calculated and dimensioned for the XYZ movements. The measurement principle using probes is described. The probes were designed and simulated using ANSYS HFSS, employing simple configurations such as an open-ended coaxial cable and a coaxial cable loop, which were subsequently realized. A 3D scanner for electromagnetic fields was constructed. A control software program was developed in MATLAB and Simulink to acquire data from the measurements. The acquired data was processed in MATLAB, generating 3D graphs of the electromagnetic field based on the measured and processed data.
