This bachelor thesis deals with business issues in the field of tourism. It focuses on the analysis of an existing business entity, namely travel agency Bolsa travel. Analyzes of the company´s internal and business environment, as well as important financial analyzes are developed to espand the working business. Based on the selected analyze and their results and extension of the business activities is proposed.

The literary part deals with the important elements for establishing and operating a business, which are subject to the trade licensing act. As another form of business is mentioned private limited liability company, which is dedicated to the business corporations act. Own work contains practical examples of sole traders and small companies. I present, what steps had to entrepreneurs to make, to enter the market. After studying the laws and the examples I'm comparing the advantages and disadvantages in both forms of business in services and subsequently, I assess whether the laws help or complain about the entry on the market.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the trade business according to trade Act. No. 455/1991 Coll. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which described basic information about all business activities, which are necessary in connection with this topic. The practical part, which is in second half of the work is focused on craft trades. This part is divided into other small parts, because of point out on the topic of craft trades from more sides. It includes the development of special conditions for craft trades, the structure of businessmen in specific territory, a questionnaire about motivation to establish a craft trade and also the steps for establish a craft trade.

The topic of this thesis is "Trade license and the requirements for undertaking business as sole trader". Its aim is to analyze the current legal regulations with regard to the historical development and judgments, to evaluate it, to highlight its deficiencies and to deal with possible solutions. I have chosen this particular topic because it's a very relevant topic, one which is constantly developing and as such offers enough food for thought. It also plays an important role in the life of society and in the life of an individual. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter One, subdivided into five parts, summarizes the historical development of the trade law with focus on the main law in this area which was issued in 1859 and became the fundamental document in the subsequent period and influenced current legal regulations too. Chapter Two is divided into four parts. Part One defines the trade license, while Part Two briefly describes its classification. Part Three concentrates on subjects of trade license, including conditions for foreign persons. Finally Part Four deals with the responsible representative. Resumé - AJ This thesis concerns to the topic Trade license and the requirements for undertaking business as sole trader. I have chosen the trade law topic because it represents an essential part of private business. The purpose of my thesis is to analyze current legal regulations, describe and clarify main juridical institute with regard to the historical development and judgments. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspect of the trade law. It also contains an introduction, which explains the reasons for importance of the trade law and specifies the main thesis's tasks and structure. Chapter One, subdivided into four parts, summarizes the historical development of the trade law from the second half of the nineteenth century to present day. Bachelor thesis Trade business in legislation and practice is concerned with trade business and its adjustment in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. This part describes the history of trade business in the Czech Republic, the trade act and an overview of its key amendments. Furthermore, it focuses on importnant terms concerning types of trades and conditions of their conduct, commencement, alteration and termination of trade licence, obstacles in conducting trade business, subjects allowed to conduct trade business, as well as characterisation of the trade register and trade office. The second part of the thesis is practical. It deals with the course of business activity of a specific sole trader. It describes the trader and their motivation behind commencement of their business activity. Moreover, conditions of commencement of their trade licence, financial resources of business activity, place of business and comparison of income and expenses of the traders activity are described. This part evaluates their business aktivity, a summary of shortcomings in business activity and development of number of self-employed traders in the Czech Republic.
The employment of foreigners in practice of the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is get acquainted with the issue of employment of foreigners on the territory of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, on the basis of statistical data and the results of the survey suggest possible ways to improve the situation. The work is composed of two parts. In the first part, there are defined the necessary theoretical concepts, which are related to the topic. To clarify the theoretical concepts, the literature is composed of printed and electronic form. The second part (practical) consists of the comparison of regions and a survey. Using the questionnaire survey and the comparison should reveal weaknesses and offer ways of possible solutions. In the practical part, it was found that foreigners are primarily concentrated to big cities. The questionnaire survey showed the dissatisfaction of the citizens of the Czech Republic with the integration of foreigners. The research was conducted across all the country, respondents have become employees of municipal offices, and also the employees of companies.
