Design of Optimization of Náměšť nad Oslavou – Vladislav Track Section km 36,030 – 39,5
Jaroš, Petr ; Louma, Jaroslav (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor work is optimization of geometrical parameters of tracks on the selected track section and increase the speed to the maximumpossible value. Furthermore, the optimal structure design of permanent way and construction of the superstructure sleeper base. I will discuss a proposal for construction of railway crossings.
Rail wear in track curves of small radii
Schneider, Martin ; Szabó, Petr (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a rail wear in curves with a small radius (R < 500 m), in the national corridor railway, between stations Blansko and Svitavy. The diploma thesis deals with the impact of the track gradient, the horizontal layout of the track, traffic composition, and direction of travel on the size of the horizontal and vertical rail wear. Also, the influence of rail steel grade is discussed in the diploma thesis.
Modern approaches to designing electrical equipment with a focus on railway construction
Forejtník, Jan ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The topic Modern Approaches to Designing Electrical Equipment with a Focus on Railway Construction responds to the decision of the Government of the Czech Republic to introduce the BIM method for government over-the-counter contracts from 1 January 2022. The government evaluated the BIM method as an effective tool for digitizing the construction industry. The diploma thesis deals with the method of designing high-current equipment, technologies and distribution on railways according to this new method. The work summarizes information about the present method of design, used high-current electrical equipment on the railway, the near and distant future of railway operation, the organization of administration and maintenance of equipment. It discusses the principle of the BIM method and basic software solutions supporting design activities according to this new method. The Promis.e software published by Bentley is also described in detail, which supports the design of electrical equipment for linear structures according to this method. The BIM method is a means of fulfilling the essence of Construction 4.0. It uses uniform data formats, a common data environment, working with non-graphic information. In the second part of the diploma thesis, the drawing documentation for the sample project of high-current distribution of the railway station was prepared. It was first created using AutoCAD software. After that, the sample project demonstrates the basic principles of the BIM method using Promis.e software. Furthermore, this project is evaluated, both methods of design are compared. The procedure of introducing the BIM method for the design of electrical equipment in a specific design company is proposed and other possible steps in working with the Promis.e software are discussed. The way of creating a and adding element libraries is described. At the end of the diploma thesis it is stated that to successfully master the design work according to the BIM method, it is necessary to have experience with design work in the field, know the principles of the BIM method, choose a suitable software solution, continuously and thoroughly manage these tools and train staff. Under these conditions, it will be possible to make full use of the potential of the BIM method.
New possibilities of using secondary raw materials for the renewal of the railway substructure
Buřičová, Karolína ; Luňáček,, Martin (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The work is devoted to new possibilities for the recovery of secondary raw materials and track bed waste with a combination of both suitable and unsuitable soils. The aim of the thesis is to develop a new functional sample suitable for the recovery of a substructure of railways based on secondary raw materials. The theoretical part addresses the issue of the use of soil and secondary raw materials as the base layers of railway structures, and is focused on the possibilities of soil adjustments or enhancement. The practical part is focused on the analysis and selection of potentially suitable raw materials, the design of new raw material mixtures containing concrete recyclables, waste from cleaning the auto mixer and waste from cleaning the rail bed. Further, to modify the mixtures designed with fluid ash from biomass combustion to achieve higher toughness. Then they will be experimentally verified and based on the results the optimal formula for use in the solid of the railway bottom will be determined. Final optimal recipe achieving basic required parameters for use in active zone without the requirement for frost resistance and ecology is composed of 30 % of F4-CS, 4 % of portland cement CEM II-B/LL, 3 % of lime hydrate, 70 % of recycled concrete and 10 % of fluid ash from biomass combustion.
Stabilization of the base layers of roads by using secondary raw materials
Buřičová, Karolína ; Kulísek, Karel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the up-to-date subject of secondary raw material usage. The aim of this thesis is to suggest a potential way of these materials’ usage by stabilization of base courses of road or railway constructions. Parameters of individual primary and secondary commodities are evaluated and the acquired knowledge in the field of stabilization is presented. An optimal technology for stabilization is suggested and applicability of used materials and their subsequently prepared mixtures is experimentally verified in the experimental work of this thesis.
Reconstruction of the Opatov railway station
Živný, David ; Rotschein, Petr (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
he aim of the diploma thesis was to design the reconstruction of the railway station. Opatov including the adjacent parts of the intermediate sections. In the design it is necessary to remove the speed limitation of the station and to achieve the continuous speed of 160 km/h at least for the V150 and Vk speed profiles. Other objectives are the extension of the tracks in the station for trains 740 m long, the installation of platforms allowing barrier-free access and the replacement of the level crossing at km 234.997 with an out-of-level crossing. The work includes the restoration of the railway superstructure and substructure according to the applicable standards and regulations, its drainage and a bill of quantities.
