This thesis focuses on the use of statistical methods for HR forecasting. To estimate the future needs of the workers are used three methods - graphical analysis, trend analysis and regression analysis. At first the selected company is characterized. Then is analyzed internal and external environment and the necessary employee data are identified. Then the number of employees is through these statistical methods predicted. Finally, these methods are compared and evaluated in terms of their practical use in enterprises.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of air pollution on the territory of the Czech Republic in the years 2000 - 2015. The basis of this work are already identified secondary data, with the use of which is analyzed the development of air pollution in individual regions of the Czech Republic. The description of the development of the pollutant emission balance is based on the official data of the Air Pollution Register. Specific pollutants and their amounts are presented in time, which contribute to air pollution in the designated area. For the practical part is based on a literature review, which introduces the basic concepts and types of pollution, introduction of the main pollutants and basic strategic documents on emission issues. The practical part is focused on the basic characteristics of individual regions and the biggest air polluters. The main sources of pollution in the most affected areas are described, the level of pollution and tools for possible improvement of the situation. The development of air pollution by the basic pollutants (SO2, VOC, PM10, NOx, CO, NH3) is described in the period 2000 - 2015. The Moravian-Silesian Region, then the Ústecký Region reaches the highest level of emissions produced in the Czech Republic. The lowest pollution is in the Liberecký, Jihočeský and Zlínský regions.
Demographic development in the Czech Republic in the frame of territorial solidarity

Demographic development of population is the important phenomenon within the cohetion regions of the Czech Republic. It helps to evaluate social, economic and political level in the Czech Republic. The Thesis is focused on natural population growth in particular regions. Surplus value of the population growth has always been the positive phenomenon for peopleś quality life judgement. On the other hand the minus value has shown the decrease of population caused by the higher amount od diseased than new born. The objective of my Thesis is the evaluation of the demographic development of 8 regions in a Framework of the European Union since the origin of the Czech Republic regional system in 2000 up to 2013. I have also described the basic demographic elements for this development evaluation-gender amount of population, new born, diseased people and also their abortion, number of marriages and divorces with the emphasis of migration. I will use the statistical method to analyse these effects within particular regions of the Czech Republic and I will also apply the chain and basic indexes.
