The thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishing businesses in the food industry. The company is engaged in domestic production and sales of salty and sweet pastries. The main activity is production-filled turnovers. Supplementary assortment consists of wedding cakes, Christmas cookies and small cakes. Products are designed for daily sales in the company store, but especially at celebrations and other special occasions. Business plan based on the characteristics of general and occupational environment, market analysis and company internal factors. After reviewing the proposal, marketing strategy and financial characteristics of the plan appears to be successful and therefore feasible.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the trade business according to trade Act. No. 455/1991 Coll. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which described basic information about all business activities, which are necessary in connection with this topic. The practical part, which is in second half of the work is focused on craft trades. This part is divided into other small parts, because of point out on the topic of craft trades from more sides. It includes the development of special conditions for craft trades, the structure of businessmen in specific territory, a questionnaire about motivation to establish a craft trade and also the steps for establish a craft trade.
