Title Analysis of police district department activity in Czech Republic Objectives The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the activity of the Czech Republic police district department in Náchod. The next objecive is to individually describe other activities, which are done by the police officers during their service on this police district department. Methods The methods used in this bachelor thesis are information research and it's following recherche and interview method Results The results of this thesis are informations about Czech police district department activity in Náchod. The next results are inclusions of police district departments into the structure of Czech Republic Police and the summary of informations about Czech Republic Police history till present. Artistic, cultural, advertising and sports activities of children

The topic of this thesis is artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity of the child. Firstly, the attention is paid to the development of the protection of the child labor and to the detailed international regulation. The thesis deals with the most important international documents signed within the framework of international organizations, such as the UN, Council of Europe and International Labor Organization. Next chapter focuses to the European regulation, in particular Council Directive no. 94/33/EC on the protection of young people in work. In the following chapter the thesis is focused on the detailed analysis of the legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is a brief overview of the legal regulation of the children activities in France. The goal of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of the child artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity in the context of historical and international development.

Analysis of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime 2017 - 2019

Title: Analysis of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime 2017- 2019 Objectives: This thesis objective is about the processing and statistical expression of actions of the Police of the Czech Republic for the period 2017 - 2019 in the Czech Republic. Another objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the history, activities, and areas of criminal police in individual regions and all territory of the Czech Republic Methods: This thesis uses methods of content analysis, data mining from available resources and materials, method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The data obtained are presented graphs and via tables, which are described and reviewed. Results: The result of the thesis is a complex description of the Police of the Czech Republic from its inception to the present, its operation and legislative competence. The operations of the criminal police are also described, and concepts related to it. Numerical data of all interventions by the Police of the Czech Republic in crime for the period 2017 - 2019 are written and evaluated here. Title: Analysis of the activities of the Fire rescue service in the Moravian - Silesian region (Opava regional department). Objectives: Analysis of the activities of the Fire rescue service in the Moravian - Silesian region (Opava regional department) for the period 1. 1. 2017 - 31. 12. 2019. They are corps of the category JPO I: Hlučín, Opava and Vítkov. Methods: Data collection in cooperation with an internal worker of the Fire brigade of the Moravian - Silesian region - Territorial department Opava and searches of available sources. Analyzes were performed for each unit separately according to the type of events in individual years, followed by a comparison between individual years. Results: The results of the diploma thesis are a description of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian - Silesian Region (Territorial Department of Opava) and an analysis of the activities of free selected unit of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Mioravian - Silesian Region (Territorial Department of Opava) in 2017 - 2019. Title: Analysis of the Mountain Rescue Service activities for the period 2010 - 2014 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the processing and statistical expression hits the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic for the period 2010 - 2014 in the Czech Republic. Furthemore, the works aims to describe and summarize the historical development of the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, describe in detail its site of action and activities where accidents happen frequently. Methods: In this thesis methods are used content analysis and data collection methods of available resources and materials, method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The data obtained are presented through tables and graphs, which are described in detail and reviewed. Results: The result is a comprehensive description of the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic from inception to the present, its presence and legislative powers. The following describes the mountainous area where the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic operates and has its own station. 'NERV' its functioning and activities towards government

This paper points out to ambiguous relationship between the government CR and The government's National Economic Council (NERV). The reason for such defined relationship was indefinite establishment of NERV as an advisory body in 2009; Government political instability and lack of government on socio-economic recommendations during the boom period. The members of NERV were one of the best experts in the field of economics, finance, banking etc. providing the advisory services voluntarily. The Council was working in two phases, the first phase (2009) during the Topolánek's reign and the second one (2010 - 2013) during the Nečas's reign. In case of the Topolánek's reign NERV was not statutorily established and its task was to find the solutions for the Czech Republic at the beginning of the economic recession. In case of the Nečas's reign, The Council was appointed by the government resolution. During the second phase of NERV, there was prepared a document for the Czech competitiveness strategy. This paper offers more detailed description of NERV in terms of the four selected comparable advisory bodies, as well as the analysis of the interviews with former members and assistants from NERV in connection with the analysis of government documents and materials. Title of the work: Effect of aerobic and anaerobic activities load on soldier Goals: The aim of this work is to find out and to compare the effect of aerobic activities load during 12 minutes of modified running in the aerobic zone, anaerobic activity load during 4x 10 m and 10x 10m and the results of measuring without any physical load in a research group of soldiers on the ability of assembling the sub-machine gun type 58. The partial goal of this work is to find out the effect of speed focused training soldiers on the anaerobic activity load in comparison with the soldiers of long-distance focused training. The research group: The research group is made by 14 students of Military Physical Education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Prague. Methods: During the data collecting there were used the methods of descriptive analysis. By the comparative technique we tried to investigate the statistical importance of the effect of aerobic and anaerobic activities load on the ability of assembling the sub-machine gun type 58. Some measuring were used to check the soldiers during 12 minutes running and to find out the resting heart rate by using of sporttestr. Title: Description of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport and analysis of its firefighting intervention in the period of 2015-2019. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to give a description of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport. An analysis and evaluation of firefighting interventions at the airport is also provided by means of graphs and tables from 1.1.2015 to 31.1.2019 period. Methods: The data were obtained from an employee of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport. Available literature was studied and a research was carried out. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical data comparison between each year. The data analysis was split according to type and number of interventions for individual years in the period of 2015-2019. Finally, the analysis was evaluated and the data were compared by means of graphs and tables. Results: The output of the diploma thesis is a description and intervention analysis of Fire Brigade of Prague Airport in the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
