This master´s thesis analyses the importance of living in own property, the possibilities of financing, especially construction saving loans and mortgages. I mention the current situation on the market of loans and mortgages and the estate market. In second part i describe the work of financial advisor and i include offered products, i suggest to clients the best possibilities of how to finance their property. I suggest options, compare them and recommend the most convenient one.

The aim of this work was to compare different offers and for a few cases to compute the value of the APR for several types of loans. I made calculations for the loan from building savings, bridging loan, secured loan and two types of mortgages. At the end of my work, the results are processed, assessed and according to the value of the APR is determined the order of the individual types of loans. The aim is to ensure better awareness, greater insight of the financial market and at the same time to help with deciding in what situation what kind of loan to apply.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of mortgage loans in Czech republic in the years 2002 -- 2012. The main objective of this thesis is identification of factors, which influence the volume of mortgage loans. Another objective is to evaluate the development of mortgage loans and loans from building savings and their comparison. The practical part deals with the identification of factors, regression analysis and the influence of various factors on the volume of mortgage loans.
The development of credit transactions of building societies in the Czech Republic

The work concentrates on the development of credit transactions of building societies in the Czech Republic. At first, readers first get to know about the genesis of building savings industry and legislation. Then follows description of different kinds of credits: regular credits and bridging loans, including offers of building societies. The rest of the work deals with development of credits given of building societies in the Czech Republic. Time series analysis is used for identifying trends and on the basis of its results the author makes prediction of the near future in this branch. Confrontation of the model with reality and author's own evaluation closes the work.
