Possibilities of Financing of Investment Project in the Business Company

This thesis is aimed towards overview of current possibilities of financing of an investment project. First part of the thesis is concentrated towards explaining of the terms such as financing, division of sources of financing into individual groups, there are also stated basic information regarding sources of financing. In the practical part, there are noted individual possibilities of financing of a selected investment program based on deliveries of an investment unit into Russian Federation. In the final part of the thesis, there is carried out a comparison of specific possibilities of financing of an investment program, its evaluation from the utility point of view is summarized and there is a recommendation of an optimal variation of financing of the mentioned investment unit.

The introduction presents the methods that can be used to evaluate an investment project financing. It further de-scribes the options that can be used to finance the investment project. In another part of the pre-suspended in the company itself and assess its economic situation. Furthermore, it will work sou-ment of the project. The aim of this study is to evaluate after the finan-cial analysis of the project the best opportunity to finance new production hall using the investment loan. This objective was achieved and the evaluation is done at the end of the thesis.

In the theoretical part financing forms from the European Funds are discussed. Practical part focuses on Montanna Ltd, possible investment objectives are presented. The thesis also identifies investment plan and deals realization methods considering financing from the European Union funds.

Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of an investment project on the construction of production halls and found the best way of financing foreign sources. The first part introduces the method of evaluation of the investment project and its financing alternative. After the presentation of the company and assess its economic operation of the work has focused on the project itself. The aim is for the financial analysis of the project, find an alternative best financing in the form of an investment credit. This aim was achieved and its evaluation is at the end of the thesis.
Financial Literacy and Readiness of Young People to Leave the Children's Home

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the topic of financial literacy and readiness for independant living of young adults leaving children's homes and their peers growing up in families. The aim of the thesis is the comparison of these two groups. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first one defines terms of institutional education and children's home, including their functions in the area of financial education. In addition, the theoretical part defines the term financial literacy, mainly the terms loans (focusing on short and medium term loans), their payments and risks that might have impact on the life of an adult. Another part comprises the description of financial education in various types of schools that children from children's homes as well as children with family background undertake. In the practical part there were used the following methods: qualitative research, questioning and semi-structured interview. There were involved 10 communication partners at the age from 18 to 20; half of them young adults from children's homes and the other half young adults with family background. The research questions focused on the level of financial literacy, personal budgeting abilities, income and expenses, opinions on loans. A part of the questions dealt with assessing the influence of children's home and family background on financial literacy of young adults. The thesis could be beneficial as it introduces a new view on the comparison of financial literacy of young adults from children's homes and their peers growing up in families. Moreover, it can provide useful information for employees of children's homes and other social workers who meet clients in need of help in the area of financial matters and thus it can improve the preparation of young adults leaving children's homes for their independent life.

This dissertation looks at selected matters covered by the statutory provisions on the shareholders protection as set out in the Commercial Code. It focuses mainly on the matters contained in Section 196a of the Commercial Code, Section 193 (2) of the Commercial Code, and on the issue of financial assistance. In addition, this dissertation deals with the legal protection of shareholders under the Business Corporations Act which is to take effect on 1 January 2014, and provides a brief outline of how these matters are regulated under certain foreign laws. As well, it provides a comparison with the legal regulations of the European Union. This dissertation is comprised of three sections, each having several parts. The parts are further divided into articles. Section 1 analyses the statutory provisions on the protection of shareholders as given in the Commercial Code, and is divided into four parts. The introduction, given in Part I, focuses on the protection of shareholders under the Commercial Code in the general sense. The remaining three parts concentrate on the above said selected statutory provisions. 1 Title: Client Protection in Financial Services Key words: client, consumer, financial service, deposit, credit Abstract The present diploma thesis focuses on the client protection in financial services. It introduces relevant legislature and provides a reader with the analysis of the level of legal protection. Introduction part explains my motivation for the choice of the topic, mostly influenced by current debate over certain forms of financial services. It also presents a processing method of the thesis and kinds of resources used. The first chapter of the thesis is dedicated to an elaborate definition of the analysed key terms - the client and the financial services. In the contewxt of this work is client understood as a consumer. First part provides the reader with comparison of legal definitions of consumer presented in various legislation. A broad term of finacial services is hereby narrowed to accepting deposits and providing credit loans. The second chapter consists of analysis of legislation which regulates client protection in this field. Substantial part is provided for the proper decription of the EU legislature. Vliv kvality institucionálního prostředí na úvěrovou aktivitu bank

This diploma thesis is concerned with the quality of the institutional environment. In particular, it examines the impact of institutional factors, bank indicators and macroeconomic shocks on the lending activity of commercial banks. The empirical analysis adopts a panel regression model with fixed effects. The data file contains data on 6,372 banks, obtained from the Bankscope database. The figures refer to the countries of the European Union in time period 2000-2014.
