	Problem groups in the labour market of district Tábor BARÁKOVÁ, Martina This bachelor thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The purpose is to specify certain groups, which are threatened by a long-term unemployment. In a practical part this thesis verifies a position of these disadvantaged groups in Tábor's district labor market. Theoretical part is aimed on postmodern changes of labor markets, then on a characterization of basic concepts, in a connection with the labor market, humans' capital, unemployment and the state policy of the employment. This part describes a help of the government toward the marginalized groups and defines hazardous factors on the labor market. The practical part of this bachelor thesis characterizes examined Tábor's district and analyzes the situation of defined endangered groups on the labor market between the years 2011-2013 and then it evaluates the development of unemployment and the level of threat towards these marginalized groups Detailed record
