Audit From the Perspective of The Company

I have focused on the final accounts audit from the accounting entity view in my graduation thesis. The first part of my thesis is theoretical, and it is formed by fundamental terms explanation in the field of audit. Next part is dealing with the problem analysis, which will be solved in the practice part, and what is the accounting entity position at the time of audit. The last part is the practice part, which is dealing with the accounting entity rights and duties during the audit. The practice part should serve as the manual for the companies, which do not know what the audit amounts to, how to get prepared for and what does it result from in the case of the verification of final accounts by the auditor for them.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is presentation of provisions in financial accounting. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part engages in showing and creating provisions according Czech accounting law and according IAS/IFRS. In practical part are used methods of theoretical part in case of company RaTi, s.r.o. and pointed differences in financial statements before and after creation of provisions.

The master´s thesis focuses on comparing of requirements of accounting statements which were made up according to the Czech legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards – IAS/IFRS. The main topic of the work is to compare differences between the both systems and their impact on statement information. The differences are based on the data of a selected company.

Harmonization of the Czech accounting legislature to the international accounting

This thesis concerns the issues of the harmonization of the Czech accounting legislature on the international accounting. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines the fundamental principles of the International Accounting Standards and compares them with the accounting legislature of the Czech Republic. It outlines the basic responsibilities for the accounting. Further, it compares the conceptual framework and the valuation bases. One of the chapters deals with the entering of the International Accounting Standards into the Czech environment. The second part concerns the analysis of Czech accounting in relation to the specific International Accounting Standards, in particular, IAS 1 {--} Insurance Contracts, IAS 16 - Property, Plant and Equipment, IAS 17 {--} Leases. Finally, the different standards are compared with the Czech accounting legislature and the IFRS Financial Statement is presented.
The creative accounting - Accounting and tax aspects of the Czech and international accounting

Financial accounting is a deep source of information, which should offer true data about the company. Accounting has a lot of forms and one of them {--} the creative accounting {--} is the topic of this diploma thesis. The term ``creative accounting{\crqq} means falsification of financial and audit reports about company{\crq}s real situation and offering the fictitious ones. The possible way to regulate ``the creative accounting{\crqq} is the process of accounting harmonization. Within this process, there is an effort to create a uniform, comprehensive system which will be clear to everyone and which can offer true image of the accounting. The aim of this work is to estimate the Czech accounting legislation (ČÚL) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at situations, allowing ``the creative accounting{\crqq}, which will lead to the conclusion how can the different bookkeeping influent the range of economic result.
