Termination of employment

Thesis is focused on the systematic interpretation of the issue of termination of employment and associated terms. The first chapter focuses on a general definition of labor law, as a legal branch covering the termination of employment. The second chapter was devoted to the relationship between the Labour Code and the Civil Code. In the third chapter were mentioned the most important international documents on the subject of the thesis. The fourth and fifth chapters were focused on the main principles of labor law and it's entities. The sixth chapter describes ways of termination of employment, while the seventh chapter contains the duties of the subjects of labor relations related to termination of employment.
