This thesis is about design and assessment of angular retaining wall from reinforced concrete. There are analyzed effects of loads from each design approach listed in standard ČSN EN 1997. The retaining wall is designed according to the standard ČSN EN 1992.

Cast-in-place underground pumping station

The aim of this work was to design a monolithic gas station. Construction was divided to 3 stages: base plate concreting, wall of the tank and slab. All these parts are connected together. Design was centered on all of these parts and problems during concreting and using were solved too. It also includes drawings.

Analysis of reinforced concrete bridge

Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with state estimation of reinforced bridge. The bridge is used to transfer local road across the Svratka river. The bridge is designed as arched bridge with tie and down deck. Lenght of bridging is 24,8 m. Loads and state estimation are done according to Eurocode.

Slab bridge over the Lužnice River

The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to design a slab bridge over the Lužnice river. The bridge consists of a one span. Implementation was designed in three studies, of which is developed in detail the study of prestressed monolithic slab. To create a static model and to calculate the internal forces is used Scia Engineer 2012. The assessment is processed manually according to European standards. Losses of preload are estimated, the effect of shrinkage and creep is neglected.

Static analysis of reinforced concrete floor structure of historical building

The chief objective of my bachelor’s thesis is a design of the reinforced concrete floor structure of a historical building over 1st floor. The historical building was built in 1874. There are three floors in this building and there isn’t any underground floor. The reinforced concrete floor structure consists of the following forms of structure – a ribbed ceiling, a floor slab, a beam, a shell of vault and a staircase. The ribbed ceiling is made from a lost formwork of the VELOX firm. The set reinforced concrete floor structures are according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1.

Bachelor thesis deals with the static solution and design of monolithic reinforced concrete and at the same spot as line supported slabs above the entrance hall Uherské Hradiště hospital. The content bachelor thesis is based on the design and assessment of this element. The assessment of this element by 1 limit state - carrying capacity and 2 limit state - usability.

Design of the concrete sewage plant

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is a static design of a sewage plant reservoir, dimensioning and examination of the construction part for Capacity Limit State and Applicability Limit State. Design documentation is included in the project. The aim of this thesis was to design the reservoir in such a way that there would be no cracks in the concrete. The calculations were carried out in accordance with Eurocode 2.
