The master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company Zemědělské družstvo Nové Město na Moravě. The first part contains theoretical foundations dealing with explanation basic theoretical terms and modern methods for performance measurement. The second part is practical, where the analysis company is introduced and after that the performance evaluation using of START Model is performed. The main output of master thesis is the last part, namely suggestions, where are presented measures and recommendations directed at the improvement performance of company.

The Analysis of Documents of the Interpreting Service Interpreting Mediation Center for the Deaf

The thesis focuses on organization for the deaf, its development and specifics. The theoretical part presents in the first chapter the basic terminology of hearing impairment and a summary of the findings from social work (focusing on the disadvantaged). The second chapter deals in more detail with the different types of interpretations, followed by the third chapter, which is an interpreted interpreting organization - Centrum zprostředkování tlumočníků pro neslyšící (CZTN). The theoretical part ends with a chapter on the ways of funding of social services. The empirical section provides a more detailed description of the database - the location where the document analysis was performed. It follows the formulation of the goals of the work, as well as the presentation of a quantitative research methodology related to the study and analysis of documents and a description of the sample itself. Further, the chapter presents research assumptions and research questions, which are presented on the basis of the analysis of the documents with tables and subsequent comments. Research presents development of a service determined by time intervals after 10 years and the statistical results of the use of this service in connection with its funding. Social activation services and work of social worker in Czech union of Deaf, regional organization of Prague

This undergraduate thesis examines an organization for the deaf, its services and the various roles of its employees. The theoretical section is a compilation of the writing of various authors regarding social work and the problem of hearing impairment. The initial chapter introduces the reader into the terminology regarding people with hearing impairments, their communication and culture. The second chapter is focused on the role of the social worker within and organization, and the process of social work with the impaired and the elderly. The third chapter analytically examines the Czech Union of the Deaf, the regional organization in Prague. It concisely introduces its history and its present operations. The emphasis is put on the services it provides and the scope within which its social workers operate. The final chapter introduces the results of an original quantitative survey, which was executed as a part of this thesis. The assumptions on which the research was founded are examined and an analysis of the data obtained through questionnaires is presented, including informative graphs and charts. International trade agreements and price differences

The work is focused on explaining the existence and rationality of contracts, which provide specific business entity the exclusive right to distribute a product in the national market, and price differences between markets, which as a result, there are. In the first part I will try to find an explanation of who gains from this arrangement and whether such an arrangement in terms of its participants is a rational and efficient for whole market In the second part of work on selected examples of practice (the market of branded perfumes) I description of the existing market situation and motivation of individual market participants. Focus particularly on the phenomenon of so-called decoding, which circumvented the contract, its legality and its effect on prices.
