Sebastiano Ricci and his work in the Czech collections Bachelor thesis titled Sebastiano Ricci and his work in the Czech collections. This work deals with first a brief history and Baroque art in Venice. Then there pointed out the historical context of the Czech territory and presenting artists who came out most of the Venetian tradition. There are presented life of stories of Venetian painters Sebastiano and Marco Ricci and their mutual cooperation, and this uncle and nephew. The chapter dedicated to cooperation with Marc, and chapter discusses general works, to which Marco perhaps artistically involved. The last part is devoted to a catalog of works that are owned Czech, Moravian Gallery and locks. Abstract: This thesis deals with the representation of Sebastian Ricci and his works in Czech collections. Initially, the work briefly describes the Baroque painting in Venice for the period Ricci's life that follows the life story of Sebastian and Marco Ricciových, which is associated with their mutual artistic collaboration as uncle and nephew. Last, but also an important part of this thesis is devoted to a catalog of works owned by Czech, Moravian Gallery and locks. Catalog also presents works on the same theme from foreign collections, the related question regarding Ricci authorship or the exact dating of the presented works in the catalog.
