This thesis deals with the analysis of business processes in selected companies. Most attention is given to mapping bottlenecks for which it is subsequently created a draft for improvement. This draft leads to a reduction in errors during the completion of production orders.

Another part touches the shifts in data processing inside the chosen company and the benefits of introducing gradual innovations. The output mentions designing other suitable elements of reporting and inside the entire system, which are made possible by the latest change in the company's supporting software equipment.
Design of a Manufacturing Process Management

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create and apply a methodology to improve the manufacturing process. Processes for the passage of a contract through the company and activities of the foreman were analyzed. According to this analysis, a methodology was created for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. This methodology was applied to the data obtained in the analysis. Based on the application of the methodology, actions have been proposed to improve the production process.
WPKS System Implementation in Precheza, a.s.

Intention of this thesis is the Workcenter PKS system implementation project in Precheza a.s., Přerov, implementation outputs and assessment of implementation advantages for the company and its employees. Currently the WPKS system has been purchased and comes over from the analytic phase to the implementation phase. In the designing section I will concentrate on implementation detailed planning, i.e. on detailed elaboration of production process maps, on process sequence designing, project team members and on drawing the total WPKS system implementation schedule. Also, financial contribution of the project will be assessed from the cost and effectiveness point of view.

The Assessment of the Current State of the Circulation of Selected Parts of Documents in a Large Organisation, Particularly Issuing an Invoice. The analysis deals mainly with large organisations, where an invoice is issued by the chief accounting office on the basis of information supplied by particular organisation units. A worker in an organisation unit creates a requirement for an invoice that is sent to the chief accounting office after having been approved. Here an accountant issues an invoice or sends the requirement back to be completed if some information is missing. Process Description, Introducing the Process into the Information System of an Organisation The analysis aims at making processes in large organisations efficient through information systems, exploiting information and speeding up the circulation of documents.
Optimizing of explosing material screening and weighting

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of screening and weighing of explosive materials in the company Explosia a.s. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The main proposal is to combine two types of screening and moving to a new object. The aim of the proposal is to improve hygienic and safety conditions in the workplace, to shorten the entire process and reduce costs.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on improving the process of material control in relation to the production process in a selected company engaged in the production of aerosol cans. The proposal based on the analysis of the material control process applies the AQL method and the Brinell hardness testing for the input control of the material and presents the methodology for improving the quality of the process. The developed proposal should lead to a quality defects reduction and the improvement of supplier-customer relations.

Process Optimization of the Educational Programs Realisation

The diploma thesis is devoted to the process analysis of realization educational programs and their optimization. The theoretical section is focused on educational programs, educational policy EU concept, process questions and connected notions. The analytical part researches implementation processes of educational programs, international activities analysis of Faculty of business, bilateral contracts and questionnaire survey. Knowledge of the analytical part is used in the proposal part, where results of the research are evaluated and drawn up procedures to improve processes. Proposals and disposals leading to increasing student´s participation and process optimization were compiled on the basis of gained information about Faculty of business and they respect educational concept of European Union.
Design of Methodology for Setting Performance Standards

The Bachelor’s thesis describes a draft methodology for setting performance standards in a manufacturing establishment. The introductory part determines the theoretical background and methods of lean manufacturing. The second section presents an analysis of the company, the current method of setting performance standards, and an analysis of a specific performance standard. The third section focuses on the selection of an alternative method for the analysis and measurement of work, and the determination of its application methodology in practice. The last part assesses the impact of the refinement of performance standards. It also evaluates the economic, as well as non-economic, benefits that the new method would bring about to the company.
