Monitoring brain structural changes after following ambulatory facilitation physiotherapy in people with multiple sclerosis

The main objective: The aim of this work is to determine whether lesion load changes after two months of ambulatory physiotherapy based on neurophysiology, whether these changes correlate with clinical outcomes and persist for two months after the end of the program. Methods: This work analyzes the data collected in the study "Neuroproprioceptive" Facilitation, Inhibition "and Brain Plasticity (NEFAI)", registered under the number NCT04355663. Patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) were randomly divided into 2 groups in 2015 and 2017. Each group underwent a different type of outpatient physiotherapy for neuroproprioceptive "facilitation, inhibition", so-called neurophysiological therapy (further in text referred as facilitation therapy) (1 hour twice a week, for a total of 16 therapies in 2 months). The first group underwent therapy using Motor Activating Therapy Programs (MPAT), the second Vojta's reflex therapy (VRL). The entry criteria were a clear diagnosis of MS, the presence of spastic paresis, a stable clinical picture, no changes in therapy in the last 3 months (stabilized state), an Expanded Disability Status Score (EDSS) of maximum values of 7.5. Effect of intensive hippotherapy and intensive physiotherapy on a range of motion in a hip articulatio in children with spastic cerebral palsy

1 Abstract This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the clinical picture of cerebral palsy, its diagnosis and the possibilities of rehabilitation in our country, where for the purposes of this particular work are described in detail hyporehabilitation and the TheraSuit method. It also introduces the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint. The practical part is devoted to the examination of the range of movements of the hip joint in 16 probands divided into 2 groups according to the therapeutic approach. The selected therapeutic approaches for this work were TheraSuit space suit therapies and hippotherapy. A total of 2 examinations were performed, entry and exit, on the 1st and 6th day of therapy, during which the ranges of all movements in the hip joint were measured using a goniometer and at the same time 2 standardized tests for hip spasticity were assessed. The aim of the study was to evaluate whether weekly intensive rehabilitation has an effect on the change in the range of motion in the hip joint and, if so, which of the above methods has this effect greater. Prognózy vývoje rezidenční suburbanizace v Brně

This thesis covers the determination of factors affecting the scope of residential suburbanization in Brno. The introductory part on the comparison of foreign and local approaches in suburbanization. In the practical part, the key indicators determining residential suburbanization are set based on literature research. Through multiple regression analysis and with regard to the current status of the monitored indicators a finally with focusing on the development of the monitored indicators, the current strategy of the city of Brno in the area of suburban zones is discussed, taking into account the problems and the improvement opportunities in the area of spatial planning legislation.

Way Kambas National Park: Selected aspects of nature conservation in Indonesia on the example of the Sumatran elephant

(in English) This bachelor's thesis elaborates nature and wildlife conservation issues in Indonesia. It provides both historical and contemporary information on the stated topic. Subsquently it analyzes the issue on the example of the population of the Sumatran elephant in the Way Kambas National Park. It deals with ecological aspects, anthropogenic impacts on the landscape and sociocultural context. The first part of the thesis describes historical preconditions for the human-nature relationship in the area and the landscape change of the region across time and space. The second part of the thesis depicts the inception and spread of environmental beliefs throughout the Indonesian archipelago. Moreover, it discusses the current status of nature conservation in Indonesia in both legislative and social perspective. It emphasizes the status of conservation of the Sumatran elephant, which is afterwards examined on the population of the Way Kambas National Park in the third chapter of the thesis. Analýza mezinárodní účasti při konfliktu v Bosně a Hercegovině

This Bachelor's Thesis evaluates the integration of the international structures in the country. In order to achieve this goal I am going to analyse the deficiencies in the international partnership integration during the process of the post-conflict development, socio-economic situation in the region and the approach of the security hegemony in terms of post-conflict reconstruction. Afterwards, I am going to evaluate how the demography developed before the conflict and after, possible future scenarios of the Dayton Agreement and a potential decentralization of the country.
