Sewing machine in the second half of the 19th century in the Czech lands

: Quality of life influence and push technical inventions. 19th century is really significant turning point for that. Ongoing industrial revolution brought a sewing machine into being which helped to change not only method of working but human thinking and stands too. For most of human history, clothing has been handmade, with the help of thread and needle only. The sewing machine enabled to make this exacting work more easier. This bachelor thesis deals with sewing machine's developmennt, its spreading into czech lands, promotion, influence on woman question and reflexion.
