Multipurpose building in Brno - gross superstructure

The content of this work is the implementation of the technological phases of gross superstructure multipurpose building in Brno. The building serves for administrative purpose predominantly. This thesis contains construction and technology report, technology report of storage and residential, proposal of mechanical assembly, technological prescription for monolithic core structure, report of healthand safety on the construction site, technology report description transportation, inspection and test plan and environmental plan. Budget and time schedule is contained in supplements. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making stairways.

Construction of the Lavimont production hall - building technology project

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction-technological project of the Lavimont production hall in Brno Tuřany. The thesis deals with solution of off-road transport, supply, design of main building machines and mechanisms, ensuring safety and protection of health at work, ecology and environmental protection. The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.

Furthermore, the project of construction site, its detailed design and changes during construction. Solution of traffic relations around the construction site and the possibility of traffic service. Design of construction machinery, technological regulation and control and test plan for waterproof concrete structures of substructures. And last but not least, an itemized budget and a detailed timetable (gantt chart) for the rough construction of the main building.
